Thank you Matt for a great 1 hour treadmill workout this morning. Because at 6AM, in Whitter, there was nothing to do, Except work and workouts. I got a chance to do both!You didn't have to do it. You could have gotten the $18 (easy, it's a nice gym) and no word. But Little did you know you were showing kindness to A business owner who respects professionalism. You make a difference, at least for me you did.Keep up the good job and I leave you something that will last longer than that $18, this post and a life time referral in me.... Their equipment is great before they change managers it was affordable but with the new owner it has gotten a little expensive waiting for price to go down other than that it is a good place to work out with old school equipment and with the new equipment. just bring the price down thank you.

The new Uptown Gym is a great environment for those who are first starting off on their fitness journey. However, for the more advanced lifter's and bodybuilders would find it to be a bit small and lacking weight and equipment.
