I love Brea fit body! I have tried a couple gyms and fitness clubs in the area and fit body is my favorite. Most gyms get repetitive and boring after awhile. The workouts here are always different which makes it so fun. The coaches are all so motivating and make you feel like family. My fitness has been a long journey but thanks to brea fit body I finally love and look forward to working out.

I started going to Brea Fit Body about 4 months ago. I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes, so I can get my workout done and get on with my day! There is a wide range of fitness levels in every class, and the trainers do a great job accommodating everyone's level - modifications for those who need it but also pushing those who are more advanced. I also appreciate the multiple class times, so I can choose what works best for my schedule.

Great atmosphere, positive energy and support. I highly recommend this location if you want to get back into shape, lose weight or just want to work out with an awesome community of people. The trainers are knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. There's no pressure, but they will motive you to do your best and give it all that you can. This place is perfect for beginners of any age to advanced athletes.

I love this place for so many reasons! But mainly because they make you feel so good about yourself, not just your body, but you mind and soul as well. I've been coming here for a few years and I love it. The owners are the best! They genuinely care about your health and they work with you to achieve your goals no matter what they may be. The trainers are fantastic, they make working out fun and they keep you motivated the whole time. You NEED to give this place a try and I promise you will not regret it!

I have been a member for several years now. The team is amazing. The owners are awesome and the trainers are encouraging and very knowledgeable. I have had my ups and downs because sometimes life gets in the way. However, the team has never been anything but encouraging and supportive; no guilt trips, no shaming. I had a shoulder injury a while back that really limited the exercises I could do. I let the trainers know and they would always give me ways to modify an exercise or give me alternative exercises to do. And it wasn't a here's what you can do and then they forget about it. They would always check in on me during the workouts to make sure I was okay. It's been a year since my injury and they still ask once in a while, "how's the shoulder doing." To me that shows that they really care. It's not just about the owners and trainers either. The members are very encouraging and supportive as well, always willing to give tips or help.This is definitely worth it and I recommend this to anyone who is interested in making a lifestyle change.

Becoming a member of Brea Fit Body Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I've made! The workout is 30 min and it goes by so fast! You get both strength training and cardio! The trainers are so supportive and the owners, John and Cara Eckerman, are beyond amazing! They really want you to have the best healthy life and they are there for you! I love the workouts and I love the people! This workout is really doable! I have seen great results in myself not only physically but mentally! Thank you, Brea Fit Body Boot Camp!!

I keep going back because everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Members welcome new members or people just wanting to try it. No one makes it intimidating. I truly believe we have the best owners, trainers and members. I have made friends and eat healthier because of FBBC. If you think it's only a workout, you're wrong. It's a life style change that anyone would be proud of.

I love BFBBC! The trainers and owners are wonderful people, but they are only part of the reason why I keep coming back, 6 times a week! Now, I know that sounds excessive, but it's because the workouts are so doable and worth the little time they require. I was never a workout addict and actually avoided it like the plague, but aging definitely makes you realize when it's time to get your butt in the gym. Give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I love Brea Fit Body!! I have belonged to 24 Hour, LA Fitness, Total Woman and Curves. I never stuck with any of them. Brea Fit Body is totally different than a traditional gym where no one knows who you are or cares whether you show up or not. The trainers here get to know the clients and work with us to keep us motivated and to keep us coming back. I have never worked out so hard in 30 minutes! I started losing inches right away and I started feeling stronger. Their schedule allows me to always fit in a workout no matter how much I have going on. I also love that they offer Sunday mornings, the La Habra and Whittier locations do not. I can't wait to see the transformation my body makes thanks to Brea Fit Body!
