Four months ago, when I first joined the La Mirada Gold’s Gym, I usually found from 3 to 6 Nautilus machines out of service on any given day, sometimes for over a week. I filled out a Gold’s Gym survey and noted this problem. The manager responded quickly and said they had problems with their spare parts supply chain and that they were working on fixing the issue. About 2 or 3 months ago the out of service tags slowly disappeared and the equipment was pretty much all in service. Now I see Gold’s Gym staff frequently walking through the work out areas taking notes on the equipment. I am VERY happy with the support staff and management. Such professionals!

It’s smaller than I’d like it to be. Upstairs is the cardio and some ab equipment. Downstairs is everything else. There’s about 1ft and a half (or less) in between machines since it’s small and you can tell they try to put as much equipment as they could in there.Equipment: Nice equipment, some unique machines. Silver theme gym. The weights are ordered and placed neatly. Seats have a plush cushion. They have one Sauna for men and women, and one steam room (pretty cool) they also have a standard gym pool and a jacuzzi. The restroom is alright, not kept clean. Too bright for me personally. Not good lighting for photos.Overall.If you’re looking to get a nice pump and head to the gym. It’s a good gym. However I can’t say it’s unique or stands out from other golds gyms or even other names such as LA fitness or 24hrs.

I lived on the way to south-central LA and decided to work out and stay away from the drama. If you want to remove stress and nature, try this gym. It is so peaceful to workout. people who comes here has own business to workout. Sad thing, you have to pay for a towel for 1. It suppose including for amenities. But, I love this gym so far!!! its so cleannnn 🦋

Significant improvement over the 24 Hr Fitness that was here, formerly with it’s antiquated equipment.I worked out here then and just returned to check out the make over now, with a considerably better experience! The rooms were cleaned up, with portions renovated. The equipment was completely replaced as a brand new gym. Tho not exactly up to par with the facilities and equipment as the more renowned corporate gym in Venice of LA, which is worth it’s weights in Golds™.Still, for the introductory rate and regular membership costs, it’s a good deal for the money! There’s adequate free parking up front and to the side.
