Very clean great place to workout

This review had nothing to do with the gym itself as I haven’t tried it out, and the reason for the one star review is that they require your bank account number and routing number to join the gym, which is ridiculous. I wont be joining unfortunately

GM George was very professional when addressing my concern. He showed willingness to assist, He was very attentive to the concern addressed, decent tone of voice throughout entire conversation, demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work with me. Also, GM George took the time to educate me as a member, provide me with options, diffuse the situation, and provide a solution that provided a win-situation. Moreover, GM George executed first contact resolution. He took the time to thank me for being a loyal member. He acknowledged my years as a member. My concerns, issue, and questions were addressed in a timely manner. GM George provided Legendary Service. He is the epitome of what Good Customer Service should be when assisting members. Also, the location is a wonderful place of business because of accessibility, warm-welcoming environment, friendly staff & professional, clean, regular disinfecting of machinery and commonly frequented areas, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable team when it comes to fitness, membership, and company products & services. Also, the facility has numerous machinery to choose from to accommodate all of your work out needs, decent client-base, and flexible hours of operation to meet the schedule of their client-base. This location is very spacious w/ decent parking. As a result, I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I like the gym, however, because of covid 19, I still want to cancel the membership for now. Please advise how to cancel, since there's no one answer the phone. thank you.

I've been to many PF locations, this is the Best Location I've too. Well kept, all the weights in there place and very very Clean !!

First time at this location and instantly impressed at the cleanliness. Friendly staff and always on point with the cleaning supplies.

Delighted by the cleanliness of the gym now that it's been open for close to 3 years, and even throughout Covid. Folks by social contract seem to be fine with being masked, and everyone cleans up after themselves. Great space, great machines, and open 24 hours! I mean...hello.

Love the staff members, super chill and nice! There's cleaning stations everywhere to wipe down and sanitize equipment. Usually not too crowded, which is good. A lot of people there are also friendly and helpful. The classic membership is $10/month, which is cheaper and affordable compared to other gyms. Overall, it's a pretty good gym.

I came in as a guest unfortunately ,but woah the equipment is newer than other PF locations that's a plus , clean, friendly ,and the staff is awesome ,hoping to get a pass soon
