Yall really need to change your hours on Google. I'm currently sitting up here at 6:20am on Saturday morning, with it closed. The hours posted on Google says open 24 hours, except Sunday. I get up here and the hours posted on the door says 8am-2pm. I tried calling several times yesterday to verify, and every time, it went straight to a busy signal.

Absolute favorite gym! I love the environment, and the staff is amazing! I like that it’s 24 hours too! I haven’t once felt uncomfortable being the only female in there, very friendly environment!

Family owned and operated. Jillian always greets me personally by name as I enter. Bobby never fails to ask how I’m doing. Falls Fitness provides a variety of equipment and programs.

Falls Fitness is my favorite gym I’ve been a member of. Bobby Rowland has the knowledge, experience and training that enables him to help his clients and members overcome the habits and obstacles that are keeping them from achieving their goals. He is always willing to offer help, feedback or encouragement. He truly cares about his clients and it shows.

I love the fact that this is a locally owned business; no high pressure sales and all the right equipment. The owner of the business is personally involved and readily available for any question or help you may need. Great pricing and great location!

The owner has been my trainer for 11 years (on and off as I quit and renewed my fitness commitments). The absolute best thing about Falls Fitness is the people. The owner, trainers, staff and clients make this gym the best in Wichita Falls! The gym is well organized, comfortable and offers every type of equipment. It's a friendly, supportive and easy place to reach your goals from where you are! Classes, programs and nutrition are all here in the perfect sized environment. It's available to members 24 hours, too! Affordable and safe! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Honestly the gym started out as a great experience. They changed to a smaller location so it's somewhat a bit crowded inside. The gym has a lot of good eqiupmemt including the new TRX. Some of the clamps are a bit old but it gets the job done. The most disappointing thing about this gym is the way they handled me freezing my account. I froze the account for a month for travel and wasn't called about having it opened back up. Instead they just started charging me again. Not cool. Overall it's a good gym.

Whoever is in charge of opening on Sundays needs to be fired. 11:20 am and there are 12 people who unfortunately took their pre-workouts on the way to the gym, now with their faces crawling off. One of the regulars stated that 4 of the past 5 Sundays have had the same issue of opening late. Maybe they were late because they were trying to get their gold's membership set up before work? Who knows, please fix..
