Clean space & friendly team members! Being here makes me feel comfortable to get into my gym routine again. I’m really happy with the experience I’ve had thus far!

I'm a true gym head and this is the best planet I've been to. Clean, great equipment, and friendly staff. Glad I got to come in for a two separate workouts (back, shoulders/abs). You won't regret choosing this one

Do not trust planet fitness especially this one here in Wichita Falls Texas. I have been trying to close my account and they keeps billing. Me. And all of the staff there don’t know what they’re doing. They have to keep transferring you from one person to the next and are completely useless. As far as helping you they’re super nice as long as you want to sign up but horrible when you’re trying to close the account if I can give them less stars, I would extremely unhappy And will never go back to that again

Pretty good. Louder music than I've heard at any other PF. Could have used more cleaning stations and stretching mats. Narrow layout. Spacious locker rooms/showers.

I’m really enjoying my membership at planet fitness. I love that it is open and airy. I feel like they clean often. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

Good location nice people seems to he ok for trucks there were a few out frint.

I have had a membership since Sept. 2022 and would come and just do random things because I never really knew what to do. I finally decided at the end of Feb. 2023 to take a few classes with a trainer and see what it was all about. Since then I've been working with Sarah Allsup and she is awesome! Sarah is super friendly, listens to what your goals are, and tailors the workouts to fit your needs even when multiple people are taking the same class, she makes sure everyone is taken care of. She has also helped me learn how to effectively use the Beauty Angel Red Light Bed, the massage chairs, & hydrobed, to maximize my results. Soon I'll be starting to use the tanning bed as well! I never used any of these before because I was so intimidated, but she has made me feel more comfortable at the gym. Definitely recommend to anyone to come to the Wichita Falls location, even to workout on their own!

The smallest planet fitness I’ve been to..still got my workout in so that wasn’t a problem at all .. plenty of cardio machines and the staff was just cleaning and cleaning which is good ..plenty of lockers too
