I would not recommend this studio due to the subscription policy. It is very confusing and overpriced.

Didn't even have to visit. Rude customer service to begin with. Offered free first trial but didn't really give the info needed. Found offer on Facebook, but anyone willing to take new clients should be better prepared for people with only gym experience or be experienced enough to be honest and upfront on costs. I think they only want to dig into the pocketbooks of the rich. I get it, we all want money, but don't do "free" or cheap deal on Facebook unless that's who you want your clients to be. And absolutely don't at $200a month. Be aware. They over purchased gear and are hoping for the best. I always try to wish small businesses the best, but not when ran by bots and bad deals. They would have better luck using real peeps, friendly service, and better explanations upon contact, along with actual prices on website.

I tried the first free class for beginners and I absolutely loved it ! The membership prices seem pretty fair for what’s around in the area.

I loved the classes and the instructors. The app became unreliable and I ended up with extra charges on my charge card. I chose to leave.

All the instructors are different so the classes are never the same. You get a great workout that improves your strength, flexibility and tone.

Membership is expensive, $200/month, if you don’t cancel fast enough they will charge you even more, drove all the way there to attend a class and was a few minutes late, and they turned me away. The old lady they have working there is a witch. Unfriendly, overpriced, and inconvenient.

I took the Free class to see what Reformer Pilates was all about and LOVED it. Signed up for the 4wk a month class (which is NOT $200 but around $85 for the month). Instruction was great and the help from the instructors is wonderful when you are new. While it is true they DO NOT allow you to be late because it's a small class of only 12 max and you can't just jump into the middle of a 50 minute class, because it's rude and disruptive to those who can make it on time, I have no issue with that. All you have to do if you want to cancel is give a 30 day written notice (like most gyms). Everyone has been super nice to me and my friend who joined. The only issue is my email seems to go down and I have to get it reset in order to book classes, but it's not the end of the world either. Definitely recommend everyone who's interested in at least trying the free class. Would LOVE to see a location in DERBY!!!!

Great instruction with a variety of teachers. A class is never the same—lots of variety. Instructors are knowledgeable and watch your form so you don’t injure yourself. Very clean and lots of equipment.
