Getting a guest pass was more difficult than it should have been. Front desk was unorganized. Then we get out to the pool. In the lazy river , you have to sit on the floaty a very specific way. You are not allowed to be in the lazy river without a floaty yet the lifeguards are allowed to swim in the lazy river without a floaty , right next to you as you are not allowed to swim in lazy river without a floaty. Almost every single employee was visibly in a bad mood and not cool to let lifeguards break the rules in front of patrons who have to follow the rules.
