Really great place so far. We earned a free tryout and my boys were SO excited to get started and interested in learning something new!

PMA is awesome. I see my son getting better every class. He is learning respect and control. We are enjoying the journey.

Here is the low down on adult classes. I just got my 4th belt and the classes are results drive. If you show up, put in a little effort and barely push yourself you won’t gain anything. If you show up and leave out all on the mats your self defense will become secondary.Self defense is part proactive and part reactive, consistently training both will allow your confidence to soar and your self worth to flourish.The commitment of the instructors to provide a challenging and focused class is outstanding. All skill levels are in class so you can partner with someone bigger or more advanced and push yourself further.A breakdown of how our adult classes are split up. We start with a warm up, this is left up to the instructor and what the plan is for the class. Typically you may do a minute of pushups, sits ups and jumping jacks to working kicks and elbow on the wavemasters. Then you will partner up for some kick boxing combinations, you may do 1 or two sets before switching gloves and getting a little rest. Then we typically go into a burnout with a fun game or routine, the burnout is to do exactly that, burn you out because we are not done yet. Once we are tired, now it is time for self defense and combatives to start. After this, that is the end of basic class and those that are in Black Belt Bootcamp stay for extra training. I hate submitting negative reviews, but at this point people need to know what they are in for. My wife and I found Premier while looking through martial arts gyms for our son to go to and stumbled across a “2 free lessons, uniform included” with Premier. We figured, what better way to gauge if our 4 year old would love it and want to keep doing it then try it for free. Well, we went for his first class and everything was amazing…all the way up until Instructor Nick turned into a car salesman Nick and more a less cornered my wife, my kid, and I in his office pressuring us every way he could to get us to sign a contract for almost $1000 for 6 months. After we finally got out of there feeling extreme tension we decided that Premier wasn’t the right fit. Since that day my wife has had numerous calls from Nick and his staff trying to get us to come back, borderline harassment at this point. From one sales person to another, if you are going to offer something free of charge, at least let the 2 classes happen before attacking the parents for money. It’s super unfortunate, because if he would have been more professional and didn’t pressure us, we would have absolutely went back…no questions asked, because our son loved it.

we love PMA. my son get so excited to go every week. I do think they should have an introductory class instead of throwing them right into class. other than that we love it

My son has almost been in a year and he loves it. So excited to be in the black belt club. Great teachers!

My granddaughter is really enjoying her martial arts lessons. She’s doing the basic classes which works out very well for us. We went to a really fun birthday party there and got a free lesson and uniform. Give it a try and see if your child likes it!

My kids have been going here for over a year. We love the experience. They focus not only on the physical technique, but also on helping kids grow with kindness towards themselves and others. Definitely recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to class. She counts down the days of when she gets to go to karate again! The instructors are absolutely amazing and help the kids have confidence in themselves and they love seeing the kids so happy and excited to be in their class. We couldn't have chosen a better martial arts center to place our child in

We love premier Martial Arts. My son has not wanted to do any other sports. He loves coming to class. They focus on listening, self control, and respect. Awesome teachers really care.
