Very nice place great for kids. Nice juice bar and kind staff. Great kickboxing training class. Not real kickboxing class you won’t learn how to fight it’s more of a fitness class bunch of cardio. It’s very easy if you’re in shape and only an hour long. Great way to ease into your fitness goals though.

TJ, Brandi, Kristin and the other coaches are great. Airstrike provides a great atmosphere, a detailed yet easy to follow nutrition and exercise plan, and a tight-knit group of people for accountability.
