Great gym. Everyone is super friendly. So far I’ve done a class taught by Chris the owner, and one by Jole. Both are great instructors.

Amazing experience. I was in from out of town, reached out to them on social media to see if any privates or classes available. They answered right away (with a yes!!).When I came in I was welcomed by Chris who gave me a tour. Then Seth gave me a killer workout with some great feedback. And last I stayed for a fundamentals class (never stop working basics people!!!) and it was a great workout and def feel a lot better about my clinchy clinch.Thx for being so welcoming and awesome, can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I live in Ft Bragg, NC area and can only find MMA gyms that incorporate Muay Thai, but not straight Muay Thai. I determined I would drive the 2.5 hours on Saturdays to train at a traditional Muay Thai gym and it’s totally worth it. Despite the distance issue, Chris makes it work and gives me things I can work on a couple weeks at a time. As a beginner, I get spot on and timely responses for any questions I have over text/video..whatever it takes. The vibe in the gym is positive-nobody was staring me down or ignoring me. There is also BJJ training available which is the perfect compliment a strike based martial art. There is also drop in classes and programs to ensure you get the most for your money if you’re local. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been training here for around 4 years and I can, hands down, say that this gym will become your family. Incredible place to train and its very instructive. You will never feel left out of the loop or "on your own" at all. Everyone has your back and you will look forward to showing up to class. 10/10

Good spot to learn muay thai and get in shape. The bjj isnt great but an added value to the good striking training.

Been going here for 5 years for both BJJ and Muay Thai, and it's been the best new interest to keep me in shape. The gym is a real community and has everything from aspiring pro fighters to those like me that wants to get in shape and learn how to fight in the process. Everyone is welcome no matter what level you're at or there casually or serious training to reach goals. My kids also go there and love it.
