Pretty good gym, only complaint is how early the gym closes. Some of us work late and only get about an hour or less at the gym before it closes. It’s like I’m paying premium for something I barely get to use.

Overall a good facility. I do wish they would turn down the music (everyone has earbuds), close the door to the men's locker room (I don't want to be seen), and I wish they would tell certain class instructors to stop yelling so loud (some of us want to be in our own head space).

This one has a corporate gym kinda feel like a golds gym that used to be a grocery store, but that doesn’t change how the machine work or how friendly and awesome the staff is here. This Y has a great team

I like going to Robinhood Y for classes and workout. They have the best classes in Winston-Salem area...I wish they also have steam room and sauna to relax after good workout.

Everything I've been looking for in a Gym setting. Great front desk personalities, clean gym, new equipment weekly it seems, multiple rooms to duck into if you want to get in a personalized work out (cross fit area, bumper plate room, stretching room, etc.) If you are looking to lift some weights or get in what ever routine, this is the place for you! Best thing is, its month to month contract!

Love this Y. Clean. Great hot yoga, spin, and body pump classes. Sometimes cardio machines are crowded but usually I can find an available one.

This is a great gym. There has been multiple vendors in this spot...Kroger....24 fitness....now the YMCA. I think the Y will stay. Cardio machines up front. Weights in the back. All purpose rooms line the corner. Private parking lot.
