My 2 year old initially did swimming and gymnastics 2x a week . I dropped her from swimming only because it was a mommy and me class and I felt like they weren’t teaching actual techniques it was mostly singing songs and stuff but I felt like that was appropriate for her age . I will definitely be singing her back up for the summer when she turns 3. As far as the gymnastics she LOVES it they have slides balance beams play great music and the teachers and staff are very polite and attentive. The tuition is also not that bad for 4 classes a month. They also have moms night out … nerf night and holiday themed days it’s really cool u get to meet moms that have kids the same age as yours and I just love this place .

Our daughter Gretchen has been taking swim lessons off and on at Salem Gymnastics &Swim for several years. She actually started in the parent & baby class at 6 months old and did that for a year. At age 3 she started group lessons. She is now 5 years old, loves the water and is gaining new skills every week. The instructors are great and everyone is so friendly!

My daughter looks forward to gymnastics every week. They also have classes that can fit a busy mom schedule. I get to relax and listen to great music while my daughter

Our daughter is enrolled in the group swim lesson for 3months-1.5 years. We absolutely love the class! It’s such a fun activity to do on a Saturday and it’s a wonderful skill to learn. All of the teachers are excellent. It’s been the best experience.

We love the parents and tots class! Our child has been going for two years now. It is great exercise and has helped develop her motor skills and social skills! The instructors are all great with the kids, the prices are reasonable and the communication is great. We will definitely be continuing with them in other levels!

Our son has been enrolled since he was 3 months old. The amazing coaches at Salem Gym have been absolutely wonderful getting both him and I comfortable in the water without him needing floaties. He can now swim underwater with help, back float, and loves to jump into the pool. He is so comfortable in the water! Coaches are fantastic, and the pricing is fair. Especially impressed with their customer service. They are always willing to help. I cannot speak highly enough of Salem Gym and highly recommend starting with their water babies class as soon as possible.

We have been involved in Swim class since our son was 7 months old. Now at 3 1/2 years old we feel confident in our sons swimming abilities and look forward to him joining swim team this summer! All of the instructors are so professional and caring! I highly recommend!I must also add that we have been so thankful for the FREE conscious discipline class that Salem has offered! These extras really make the Salem Gymnastics community feel like a family.

Our son has been doing swim lessons since August and loves it! He looks forward to it every week. I would say we noticed a difference in his comfort in the water and overall confidence within two weeks of starting classes. He even taught his older cousin some of the things he’s learned in class! He loves Ms. Alexis and it’s great to see his confidence continue to grow.

We have been fortunate enough to put all three of our boys in gymnastics and 🏊‍♂️swim classes through Salem gymnastics and 🏊‍♀️swim. The coaches, trainers, teachers, and staff are simply the best. They have activities and classes ranging from toddlers to high schoolers. I highly recommend their gymnastics classes to help burn out some energy for your young one and also take them to the pool to get them swim safe. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible parking, 🚻 restrooms, and seating.
