Atlantic Athletics

Best thing I did for myself this year was to join Atlantic Athletics. I never knew I was actually “strong” I still have a long way to go, but the improvements I see are quite amazing, being able to chase my kids around and play soccer with them without stoping to catch my breath is priceless. I started with the 6 week challenge and although I was very intimated when I first started, coach Adam was/is a great mentor to me, he made me feel at easy, his guidance and knowledge was essential. Great community! Great coaches! The people you work out with are fun and supportive, it feels like you’re working out with a bunch of friends. This is THE place to get stronger and healthier.

Adam and his team of trainers are amazing. Always encouraging you to do you best and push you further to your next personal goal. Atlantic Athletics truly is a great environment. Best fitness decession I've personally made in years.

I have been working out at Atlantic Athletics for about 4 years. I have been an athlete all my life and I always worked out but barbell movements within a workout were new for me when I started here. The small class size and coaching I have received at this gym made learning these movements easy. In fact after 4 years I am still learning and improving my technique because the coaches are always working with us to help us stay focused and strong. The workouts provide me with cardio and muscle building which I feel is so important as you get older. Anyone can work out here, people come in at varying levels of fitness and the coaching staff knows how to tailor the workout for you to be successful! It’s a great little community to be a part of!!!

Mike Parousis, one of the owners, has been my personal trainer for years and I joined his gym when it opened and I also have taken a boot camp class. The gym is well maintained, always very clean and the owners, Adam and Mike, are are very professional. They take an interest in their clients and want to push them to their potential. They are always looking for ways to improve the gym, to keep their clients happy. My two daughters have also been going to the kids classes. And they always look forward to the classes. Great staff and great owners!

I recently joined Atlantic Athletics and it instantly felt like home! The coaches and members are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They genuinely want to help you push yourself to meet your fitness and nutrition goals inside and outside of the gym.
