I highly recommend OTF Worcester!! The coaches keep you motivated and there is always a new challenge! I love the classes and they take the guess work out of what to do at the gym!! Cardio and strength training in one hour - with several classes to choose from 7 days a week -the price is reasonable AND you can try a class for free!!!!

Love the different variations in classes offered! You will truly experience a great workout every time. Time passes quickly because it's such an enjoyable class, even though it's physically straining and mentally tough. Definitely take the offer of a free class if you're unsure and be sure to take one of Sammy's classes!

I love this studio particularly! Staff is very friendly and facilities are sparkling clean. OTF is one of my favorite places to be. Also, the killer workout and high energy of its members make it the best gym ever!

Each workout is slightly different and always challenging. The coaches are encouraging and help keep you motivated and engaged. Best part for me though is how great I feel afterwards!

My husband and I moved to Worcester in July 2020. We knew we wanted to join a gym together but with the pandemic it was hard to find a place that took safety seriously, until we found OTF Worcester!!! We love the workout, the coaches were super attentive and helpful, and the safety measures made us feel comfortable even before being vaccinated. Now that we're doubly vaxed, I upgraded to the premier membership and I'm so excited to be working out without a mask in the mask optional classes. Sammy and Cat are honestly the best coaches and I love this OTF studio!

My 1st time here and one of the best and most motivating workouts I’ve ever done. My trainer, Chelsea has been wonderful with correcting my form and giving me tips in a gentle way, so as not to embarrass you, she’s very motivating. I’m so looking forward to my next work out!
