Going to FBBC is the best part of my day - the coaches are motivating, kind, and supportive. It's a judgement-free zone with an incredible community of coaches and members. This is the gym you're looking for, no matter what experience/fitness level you're at. If you are hesitating like I did at first - sign up! You won't regret it.

I was hesitant about returning to the gym after a year of covid and being a couch potato. But they are so nice and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I love that they really seem to care about you and your progress. They make everyone feel special and are so helpful with modifying exercises if you need them to be.

Joined West Boylston FBBC in April 2020 and I am so glad I did! Everyone was so welcoming, and the coaches are amazing! If you’re tired of doing the same old gym routine and not see results, try FBBC- trust me! Every workout is different and the coaches are there to help and motivate you every step of the way.

Definitely worth getting up for every weekday morning! Start the day off with positive coaches that motivate you to be your best. WBFBBC cares about the whole person. Put your sneakers on and join us - there is no intimidation at this gym. Just family.

Everyone at Fit Body boot camp is great! The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive. They are always happy to see you and treat you like family. I have been working out here for about 2.5 years and it is always enjoyable, the classes are only 1/2 hour long so it fits great into my schedule, but what a workout it is! They do a great job fitting a well rounded workout in that 30 minutes, I always leave feeling like I've given my all and I am in the best shape of my life because of this gym

I've been going to the West Boylston Fit Body Bootcamp for 2+ years now. I can't imagine not going! The coaches are fantastic. They know their stuff and are super enthusiastic and push you to do your best every single day. They have only your best interest at heart! They want you to succeed. They make the HIIT work outs for all different levels of fitness by demonstrating exercise modifications. And the atmosphere is non-judgmental and very supportive! I feel like I am a part of a fitness minded family there! They encourage a positive mind set and healthy habits. I have fun during these workouts (crazy right!?) and I feel great afterwards. Love it!

Amazing gym and welcoming environment! I started last year with the New Year, New You 8week challenge and I lost 15lbs FAST! I had never seen such great results from any other weight loss efforts. They guided me on the workout plan that was easy to follow and really wasn’t restricting for options. And the workout is fun and fast paced, there’s always something different so it’s never a boring workout. The fellow members are like a family, easy to talk to and always willing to give tips they’ve tried or extra motivation when you feel like you’re slowing down in a session. I’m just over a year of being a dedicated member (which I never thought I’d be able to say that) with almost 25lbs down and 4 sizes smaller...even after quarantine! They’ve really changed my life with healthy habits! And in addition to my physical health, they’ve really coached me on my mental health. There is always a new message everyday that’s always positive, encouraging and motivating. My husband would agree, joining FBBC has been life changing for me in every aspect of my life. I would recommend this gym to EVERYONE!!!

Absolutely love this gym! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and going there never gets old, as the workouts are always different and ALWAYS challenging. I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength that I was never able to achieve elsewhere. The coaches are motivating and always pushing me to give it my all, while also being inspirational. I feel like this gym is more of a family than a gym and that they truly care about their members.

I signed up for the six week challenge and I'm so glad I did! I am the kid that skipped gym class so I'm not very good at exercising. After the Covid 30, I knew I had to do something but I'm not very good at sticking to diets or routines but with the support, understanding and help of the coaches I've been able to do it and stick to it. I've even decided to stick with it and join permanently after the challenge. I've lost several pounds and inches too but I've gained strength and confidence. The members are great too. Wonderful sense of community and support. Plus the 30 minute sessions make it easy to fit into any schedule. I'm a 48 yo mom of two that works full time. Highly recommended! Do something good for yourself!!

I have been a member of the WBFBBC since April 2018 and I can't say anything but positive things. The coaches are professional and helpful and will support you fitness goals whatever they may be. Herve and Nina are the life blood of this gym and you will never feel unwelcome! You will be greeted every time you come in like a family member ❤ Best gym I've ever been a part of. I will never go back to a boring gym again.
