Staff was fantastic, knowledgeable, reassuring, and helpful! Really wanted to stress that memberships have no bearing on an individual employee, which means they truly aren't in it for the numbers.Machine layout is very nice, especially with different "stations" for different things. Although they do have some more popular machines set up off to the side as well, that way if you're more comfortable not being front and center you don't have to be.Everything is very clean and there are clear stations set up for everyone to clean their own machines. (Which everyone did while I was there)One of the biggest takeaways, so far, is the $25 plan is sooo worth it just for the hydro massage beds alone! I'll definitely be upgrading in the future

Love the weekday hours....24. Wish it would be open later on weekends, but I understand. Love the spacing of the machines...not as packed as other PF.

They have a lot of equipment. But the bathrooms need a deep clean. Looks like nothing has been scrubbed since it opened. I’d outsource if the employees don’t want to get their hands dirty.

I love this place. Always clean and the staff are always friendly. I try to go during slower hours, it makes the experience more enjoyable- and less to worry about during covid.
