My family (3 kids from 5-9 years old) has trained jiu jitsu at URJ Training Center for a couple months now. The instructors are awesome at the adult and kid levels. The instructors do a great job motivating the kids and keeping the classes fun. They dial it in to the pace and level the kids need. Very similar experience at the adult level. Very welcoming gym.
