They do not have enough squat racks. It gets too busy after 7:30 AM. Some of their equipment is worn down too much/broken. Some of the bench seats are so broken to the point that when I lie down to do dumbbell presses, I almost fall.

Best staff I've seen in a gym, All of them giving advice talking to members and always show love. They clean the gym properly and make sure the facilities are properly taken care of. Nice community and overall well taken care of gym

The staff at the front desk need some customer services training. No eye-contact, often no greetings as if they are least bothered. Most of them are busy looking at their mobile phone screens as you check-in which looks very unprofessional as a first impression. Other than that a good gym for this price.

The gym is fine, and has decent equipment if you need a quick workout. What's terrible is the customer service, and hidden policies. Their membership policy is predatory, once you sign up they make it very difficult to cancel, and have all these loop holes that ensure them getting your money even if you never used your membership for a single day, even for 10 minutes. I went to rejoin, and after I signed up again there was a discrepancy with my account, and I told them to forget it I don't want the membership. I was told that I'd still have to pay a $58 cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel the membership. This was within 3 minutes of signing up. I didn't even step on the gym floor, and I was told if I didn't pay the cancellation fee they would send my account to collections, and that it would affect my credit. The discrepancy with my account was, I had froze my membership during covid, and then after a few months they started to bill my account again. Without even sending an email, or letting the members, myself and others knows they were open. Check the reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to. In 2020 I went back and forth with their corporate offices in email until they eventually let me cancel my membership online, which is supposedly a special courtesy. They had informed me that everything was taken care of, and the charges wouldn't be applied to my account. Then when I went to join again, I was told I had to pay all those back charges, even though there's a note on my account that says I don't. Unless I could show proof of cancellation, which I didn't have, but it was clearly noted on my old cancelled account. So I would avoid this gym at all costs, unless you want the runaround, and like shady business practices that let them try to take your money. I should have my head checked for going back and trying to join again after the emails I went through with their corporate office.
