I’ve been a patron of this Gym for a while now and I have to say it’s always a great experience and good workout whenever I go. The staff is great, I usually see one of the reps named Hendel there often and he’s always super helpful and personable. Highly recommend

LA Fitness as a franchise in the New York area is very discriminatory. The customer service is awful and its truly a shame because for the facilities and amenities it could be great. The machines constantly break, the staff is EXTREMELY rude and lazy.. It's just very sketchy. LA Fitness Yonkers runs as if a frat house was running a gymnasium. Do better. I have lived in the area from before Ridge Hill was even built. Paid taxes in this area for over 20 years. Our community deserves better.

LA "maquina quebró" FitnessThe response time for identifying broken equipment and repairing machines needs improvement. Even more down than what the pictures show. They break faster than they fix'em. This creates some conflict between patrons during busy times.Notice all the majority of high reviews here are from people who have never reviewed anything else on Google maps. They also to appear to happen at sign up, indicating the sales reps may be offering incentives to get people to write reviews that ignore all the issues regular members are bringing up here.2 hour parking validation limit but usually not an issue to extend without fines. Good pool for rehab and laps; it usually isn't too crowded.

Melanie was so informative and helpful with all the information about the club! She made sure she detailed everything we needed to know and gave us different options of memberships to choose from. Made my decision about joining the gym easy! Thank you Melanie :)

The machines are always broken and go months without being fixed even though they stick a sign that says “scheduled for maintenance”. The membership rate is higher than it has ever been but they don’t seem to have enough funds to replace broken machines. There was a renovation in 2022 where they put a nice turf in the middle of the gym, however they took all of the broken machines and put them in different spots and still have not addressed the issue since then.I am very disappointed in the quality of this location as I have seen locations in New Jersey that are near spotless.

I visited this facility on numerous occasions and today I finally signed up. Front desk matched me with the perfect associate upon arrival. Sales associate Mel was exceptional with explaining the ends and outs of the location. She left nothing not mentioned and I feel I walked away informed with no surprises to come. Overall the employees I met today made me feel welcomed. I look forward to the new journey here. Thanks

So because of Cheyenne consistency, she convinced me to sign up with la fitness. I’m honestly on the verge of changing my life around and if it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t be able to sign up with one of the best trainers there, Hugh. Man that guy is great. He knows exactly what you want and is very charming and convincing. Really made me feel at home. Signed up with 60 session and honestly I know I’m going to hate it. But that’s the best part of the game. You hate it to love it. The gym has everything you need as well. Feels like a proper gym. Thank you la fitness for being my new home.

Can’t get dirtier than this: used feminine napkins left on bathroom counters for hours, no toilet paper in 3 stalls (one next to the other). The gym room is big but tons of non operational equipment. Weights all over the place. I witnessed a staff walking around and throwing plates that were left on benches to the floor, creating a tripping hazard. People have 6-7 sets of the weights around them and never put them back. You spend more time looking for dumbbells than working out. Had to bring my own equipment, such as clamps and cable machine handles because there are none either. Women dressed and with street shoes in the sauna. That’s not going to make them thin. Avoid this dump.

Been a member here since 2013 when they first opened. The recently (10/2022) "renovated" which is absolutely not true. All they did was put everything and everyone closer together, added some turf some new cardio machines. Weights Machines are still broken and not even screwed to the floor. Make it make sense LA fitness.I have to disagree with Juan’s review. They totally did a very bad job.

Have to bandwagon with the last few reviews here. Been a long time member at this location and for a while it was getting pretty rough to stick around but hard to argue with their price point. They closed for two weeks due to renovations and I waited to see what that would look like and let me tell you something… PHENOMENAL improvement!!! Majority of the equipment is brand new, layout is far more efficient, not to mention the thorough cleaning/touch ups throughout. Great job and hoping the members continue to take care and respect the new space!!
