The people are great.... The ambiance is cool.... A good spot to actually workout without having to wait for a machine where people are just lingering at. Really enjoy it here.

This place is always great to go to. We went at a busy time, but aside from that they have a variety of equipment.

It has what I need. It would be cool to have some of the more high grade cable machines for the place, but you can make the stuff they have work.

You often have to pick up after others just to get to the equipment you want to use. The people who workout there are very rude and take over equipment and the speakers, regardless of whether you’re using them or not, especially if you’re a female. They raised the prices but can’t fix anything that’s broken. One treadmill has been broken for 2 years. The owners let people do whatever they want, even if other gym members complain.

I am a member of this gym. It is one of those places that has a homey feel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any advice from nutrition to routine.
