24/7 Get Fit Yuma

I like this gym, they have excellent teachers and the equipment they run is always clean. It has showers with hot and cold water.The classes and instructors are excellent; Zumba, Spinning, Yoga etc. highly recommend it.The only reason it fails is in your Daycare. I appreciate they have this service but over time they have been hiring horrible babysitting staff.Unfortunately we don't have any other options in Yuma.- They don't let you know if your son is having a hard time, if someone hits him they can't tell you what happened.- They don't disinfect the toys (my baby got sick with the foot, hand and mouth virus).-The staff is eating, when they should not eat inside the room.- They hide the toys 🧸 so the kids don't get dirty.-They don't greet you, so they don't know your son's name.-They do not have activities, only a large television.-Since you arrive you do not feel that your children are welcome.-In general, the older children do what they want, without the precaution that there are babies or younger children.- You pay $10 dll per month for each child. So that's the service you're going to get.

I think the staff is friendly and always answers my questions. The problem is no one cleans the facility. Someone spilled something on the floor and it has not been mopped in two weeks. I rarely see anyone sweep and the bathrooms are not always cleaned. I am happy to see someone come in on weekends and empty trash. Often machines are not working but workers rarely walk around the gym to see if everything is up and running. I love the location of gym and I think the variety of equipment is excellent.

Nice gym, my main problem is with the people that will work out on a machine, bench etc then after they have finished their reps (not set) get on their phone and text or whatever and hog the station up for an excessive amount of time (longer) than a person would normally do and none of the staff do anything about it, this is why I left and went elsewhere.

Chris is a horrible manager. No customer service. I canceled my membership and even signed the paper. Yet they still charge me and won’t fix my problem

As a travel respiratory it was nice to have a near by gym that has 24/7 hours. HOWEVER!! Beware, you you cancel a month to month, they must not open mail. I sent an email of cancelation. They wrote back saying I had to fill out a form. Printed it out at work but on the road I had no scanner so I signed it and mailed it in. They said I never received it and charged my card three additional months but I disputed it with my credit card. They sent me to collections. Now won't talk to me. BEWARE!!

Love going to this gym. Since the expansion, the place is brighter and roomier, with a lot of new equipment.
