Honestly 1 star is way too high for you guys. I've been to your store multiple times and it's like pulling teeth trying to get help from any of you. I used to work for your company as an MT. I know how you're trained and I know what you're supposed to do and for some reason you do none of it. Upper management really needs to come down an evaluate this place because customer service here is very lousy.

This is basically the harbor freight of outdoor goods. Mostly substandard most made in China type goods limited in every department. Nothing really specialized.

Store was clean and every sales associate I came across was extremely nice and helpful.

It’s really frustrating walking in the store and all the staff except one person knows about how the sports store sizes integrate. How do they not know simple sizes. Isn’t this the job? It seems like you just get products and sell it and have no help for the new parents to the sports.

Do not buy ammo here. They blatantly mark up the price. Go here as a last resort. Paid $50 for a box of a hundred, basic 9mm range ammo. Same box of ammo at sportsmans was $20 less! Unfortunately sportsmans was closed and I needed the ammo for a morning shoot. They will not price match and will not accept returns on ammo. Lesson learned.

This is like the Toys r Us of sports places. I'm surprised it's still there but it does have what you need when you need it. If you need very little that is

I want to give Josh kudos one of the store managers at Big 5 for return and normally companies harass and look for any reason not to return item Josh went beyond and made it feel absolutely comfortable and exchanged it with no pressure with out receipt I did have email evidence of the purchase and super clean box not everyone the same thank josh 🤝🏾

When ever I need work boots, Big 5 never let's me down. Someone is always in the back shoe area, ready and willing to help me find my next favorite shoe.

They were helpful in finding my new pickle ball equipment and helped with getting it down for me, answered all my questions. Check out quick and easy, EVEN WITH A LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS...Service with a smile and you were walking out the door! And they welcome you when you walk in!!!
