I am 36 years old and new to Jiu-Jitsu (any martial arts) in the last 3 months. I've tried 3 other gyms free-trial classes and after being at Seeds 13 for 15 minutes I realized this was the gym for me. Here are the things in my opinion that makes it different:1. Professors knowledge and ability to teach techniques. I always love how they take time and really slow down to teach each move. I always leave each class feeling like I've learned something particular. The detail and pace at which we work feels just right for beginners and advanced students.2. Class Schedule - They offer 5 am classes. This is the only time that works for my schedule.3. Environment - one of the most respectful and non-threatening environments I've ever been apart of. Very kind people and not any egos make it easy for newcomers to feel welcome.

Great place for kids to learn self-defense, motor skills, listening skills, and discipline. My 4 yr old son loves it. The instructors are great and have lots of patience

Absolutely legit school! The professors are very nice, welcoming and caring about the students. They are very personable and you will learn great jiu jitsu at this school! The technique they teach here is top quality!!!

Great atmosphere and instruction. Definitely a friendly and great environment to be in as a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Well recommended.Very welcoming to me as a visitor and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience overall

These trainers are amazing! Victoria, RC, Lucio, you could not get better! Please sign your kid up if they are interested in something like this! My daughter can not wait to get there everyday!!!

Seeds 13 is great! My son and husband both go there and we are very impressed by their kindness, patience with the kids, and they’re super affordable. Very welcoming and comfortable environment! Highly recommend for kids and adults.

Amazing place to train. My son (4) and I (27) both go every week. Professors Diego, Victoria, and RC are all extremely knowledgeable, patient, & fantastic with children and adults of all skill levels! The gym is clean and all members are friendly and make everyone feel at home. If you are looking for a great place to build camaraderie, workout and train then Seeds 13 is the place to go!
