I have struggled with back pain and sciatica for three or four years. I went to Charles to see if there was something structurally that could be improved. Basically we needed to strengthen some areas that were different than I expected. Complete success! Charles has been able to turn my weakness into a strength. It is wonderful to have confidence that my back won’t let me down constantly. I would work with Charles again in an instant. I got better results than I even hoped for. Thank you, Charles.

This guy is GREAT! He knows his stuff. He's not intimidating. I've seen him work with 80+ yo and kids. I was 49 when I started with Chaz. He transformed my body. Consistency with Chaz is what you're missing.

I love that Charle’s uses corrective exercises that can help with compensational movement patterns. Charles was one of the best coaches I've had, He helped me reach many of my goals and always had a positive outlook regardless of situations. I highly recommend him. He will cater your sessions to your goals and it's always a different and difficult challenge.

Charles was amazing! I have a weak left arm for many years and Charles understand it and program our train to help me rehab my arm! Now I can lift weight and improve my overall live performance due to his program! When I decided to get back to a gym and pay attention to getting in shape, I knew I was going to need a trainer to guide me. I also knew that past injuries and physical challenges left me needing a special approach to working out.I found that when I asked Charles if he had time to take me on as a client. I cannot imagine a better, more thoughtful and insightful trainer than him. His breadth and depth of knowledge, his empathic philosophy and his own background in training and martial arts proved to be the magic ingredients. He has diligently fostered my practice.
