Been going to Kadilak for about 8 years they have multiple classes to choose From with great instructors who push you and never give up on you. Best decision I made was starting at Kadilak gym!

What a great gym!!!! I try to get to fit camp 3-4 days a week. I know that they are saving me all kinds of money.... because I take NO Medications. I am convinced that working out on a regular basis is the reason. I keep away from pills! Shelly and the entire staff are incredible. They really know how to motivate you to do your best. Plus.... all the members of Kadilak are so kind and encouraging. It is like one big family. What else can I say...... A Great Gym!!!!!!!

While I’ve attended Kadilak Fitness for several years, it wasn’t until the last two that I really started to utilize the various fitness options available. If you to gain mobility and strength, this is your place. If you want to improve your core, this is your place. If you want to lose weight (the healthy way), this is your place. Shelly and her team of trainers give 100% and push you to be the best “you” you can achieve.I’ve tried more traditional gyms, and this is more personal and I’m getting better results !

Kadilak fitness is a great place to workout for all ages and sizes. No one judges anyone and I’ve met some awesome ladies along the way!!! I’ve tried a variety of classes over the years. I started with Zumba but stepped out of my comfort zone trying kickboxing, wicked weights, personal training groups and spinning. And the instructors always show modifications if you can’t do something.
