Love Kadilak Fitness! The trainers are amazing. They are friendly and encouraging. All the classes are great too. You always feel welcome and never feel out of place.

Kadilak Fitness offer lot's of great fitness classes and personal training. I especially enjoy their zumba classes at 6pm. Their zumba classes are so much fun it doesn't feel like working out. The owner Shelly(one of the zumba instructor) is awesome!

I've exerciseed my whole adult life. Been evolved with many different gyms on each stage of my life. The enthusiasm, encouragement, knowledge, & friendship of all the instructors & members. .I knew I found my home..my place. The women I wanted to work with not only for me but them. We all are striving to feel stronger, better and Shelley Kadilak takes us there. Everyone at Kadilak Fitness is so nice and welcoming to everyone no matter age, size, or race. All the trainers here that I've had are kind, willing to work with anyone, and will modify to a certain persons needs. Shelly and the whole Kadilak Fitness Family have been crucial in my weight loss journey and have helped me lose 100 pounds. I have no idea where I would be without this gym. Kadilak Fitness is not only a gym but a family and that is what makes me love to come back everyday.

Kadilak Fitness is amazing. They welcome you with open arms and motivate you to be your very best. Too notch instructors whom are always trying to improve. The owner Shelly asks for her customers feedback and always looks to make sure everyone is getting what they need and want on their fitness journey. Classes are extremely affordable and she doesn't make you sign a long term contract. Check this place out! You'll fall in love.
