I have been training with Jasmine for over 4 years. I came to her with knee pain and within 4-5 months the pain was gone. We have kept the pain away and dealt with other minor injuries along the way. I played racquetball for many years and now play pickleball so injuries do happen. But Jasmine has kept me on the courts and other players that I have referred to her as well. If you are injured or just want to stay in good shape I heartily recommendation Jasmine and the other trainers at All in One Fitness!

Not having worked out for quite some time I was a little nervous and a little awkward. I had some specific joint issues I was matched with a trainer who understood my needs for a flexible schedule And having patience since I was a newbie. I found everyone at the gym to be friendly and flexible and extremely knowledgeable about the body. Within a couple of weeks I had more flexibility in my knee then I had for quite some time. Most of the people that I spoke with there came in with very specific issues and were helped a great deal.

Over the years I have played many different sports. Some very competitively. I have never really "worked out" , stretched, or conditioned in any way. Over the last 10 years I have had to have several operations on my Knees, back, and shoulder. Now, almost 60, I've been limited on what I can and cant do because of my conditioning and my mobility. I went to All In One and asked for help. They started me off very slowly with some real basic exercises and weight lifting. Now, 2 months later, I've seen improvements with my mobility, strength, and stamina. Most importantly I don't feel pain after playing my sports. No longer do I play all day and go home in agony. They made it "fun" to "workout". Also, if your like me, I don't like the "big" gym atmosphere. The facility in Alameda is like having your own private gym. The private one on one sessions really allows your trainer to work with you on very specific issues you may be having. They are well versed on how your body works and can explain why and how each exercise will benefit your weaknesses or "troubled" areas. I highly recommend trying All In One. Once you start you wont want to stop!

I’m in my mid sixties and very grateful to have found Jasmine at All In One Fitness to guide me in my quest to become more healthy and strong. She is a good listener, very knowledgeable about the aging body and knows how to build strength and endurance while remaining mindful of aching muscles and joints! Her facility is always clean, all Covid precautions are adhered to and is very welcoming to clients of all ages. I highly recommend checking out All In One Fitness and their sister gym in Alameda if you’re interested in getting healthier this year.

I have been receiving personal training from the team at All In One Fitness, twice a week for the past 6 months and have been very impressed with all three trainers that I have worked with!! The team is extremely knowledgeable, creative, fun and adjust work outs according to physical needs. I look forward to my workouts and have noticed a significant improvement in my strength, balance and most importantly my emotional health! This has been a stressful year and I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful team! As a health care worker, I feel strongly that exercise is extremely "ESSENTIAL" during this time period! I HIGHLY recommend All in One Fitness to anyone who is looking to improve their physical and emotional health!

I don't often write reviews, but have been absolutely blown away by the incredible quality of personal training provided by All in One. I've been working with Kara for over a year now ... my original plan was just a couple months, but now I can't imagine stopping. I've worked with a number of gyms and trainers in the past, but have never experienced anything close to this level of expertise and personalization. Kara has shared a fantastic variety of workouts and exercises tailored to my goals and needs both physical and mental, that have been extremely effective in keeping me motivated and growing in fitness. I feel INCREDIBLY lucky to have found such a lovely gym and skilled trainer.

Simply put, All In One is fantastic. The gym is clean, comfortable, and filled with excellent equipment, and Kara and Jasmine welcome people of all ages, fitness levels, and body types, They've created a community where members are greeted by name, offered encouragement, and always made to feel welcome. Spend any amount of time there and you'll get to know K&J and make at least passing acquaintance with other members. It's a genuinely friendly place where no one is judged.No less important are the steps they're taking to ensure everyone remains healthy during COVID-19. Face masks and social distancing are strictly enforced, hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray are readily available, equipment is regularly cleaned (and members are great about wiping it down after use), and large fans provide air flow. It's difficult to overstate how seriously Kara and Jasmine take this. You'll have little reason to worry. They're on it.I've also worked with a trainer at the gym, and I can say they're excellent: Mindful of your fitness level, respectful of your abilities, and eager to work with you to craft a workout regimen to help you reach your goals.You can't go wrong with All In One Fitness.

All right. Yes, 5 stars. I am a competitive senior tennis player and I work out two times a week at the Alameda location with Jasmine. Thanks to the facility, our workouts, and many on my own I was able to reach a Number Two Ranking in the 65s Singles in all of Northern California for 2017. Plus, I do not need my knee brace anymore when I play. You should try them. Great trainers that understand how the body works.

I seemed to have begun looking into training possibilities right when this gym opened up and it couldn't have been a better situation! I have been working out with Kara since March and am completely amazed at what I'm able to do. I had just about given up and assumed that at age 50 I'd never get in shape. Kara was extremely thorough in her assessment of me both in my physical shape, but also in my mental state. She has been kind and supportive from the beginning without making my feel ashamed or judged. If you had told me in March that I'd be climbing up ropes, planing or two minutes or even throwing a football, I'd have laughed at you for sure! I'm amazed at how much they've been able to put into such a small space without it feeling cluttered up. My sessions with Kara are well run and she changes things up to match my own abilities (which broaden with each session). All the staff there seem to really care about me and want me to succeed. I've had other trainers in the past that have been ok, but I feel that what All in One is doing is light years ahead of any others. They are changing me from a person who was exercise averse to one who looks forward to it. I feel great.I love the location of the gym and even though it's downtown, I have had relatively few issues parking.
