I attended my fitness retreat, and it was an amazing experience. I lost 10 lbs while I was there. It was a mind, body, and spiritual fitness retreat. It was an amazing group of women to be around and I got to learn a lot about eating healthy and working out. I would definitely recommend, it is worth it and the experience. Andre had activities planned for us daily and a private chef, who came in to not only cook, but also showed us how to make the delicious healthy food. We got to eat a lot and work out a lot. An amazing experience being there surrounded by nature.

I always have a great time here. For one whole year now, I have religiously attended the 5 PM session Andre hosts to train me and a few ladies. He pays attention to our own goals and modifies our workouts accordingly! I feel so much stronger and have a lot more energy after consistently going. He gives recommended workouts at home for the weekends and nutrition plans. When I first started looking for a trainer, having a nutrition plan was a must, and he delivered! Not only do I give my 100% in our sessions, but I’ve also learned to eat better and healthier on a day to day basis :-).

I started an amazing fitness journey with Andre at RisenGrind.First, Andre plays a killer playlist to rock your body!In his class, I foster the Rise and Grind mindset and I definitely felt it in the workouts.I had a leg injury a couple of years ago, and because of that, I was hesitant to work out.But Andre has taught me how to lift weights with proper techniques and modified my workout routine so I can isolate the pain.With his individualized workout guidance I could confidently complete more intense workouts.Andre has not only helped me build up physical and mental strength, but he also guided me with meal plans, and overall results are phenomenal.I lost 14lb in 3monthsMy body is firmer and I became more confident and stronger than ever.Thank you, Andre

In my mid twenties I felt very insecure about my weight, I was uncomfortable in the gym, didn’t really know how to workout and the only thing I had ever physically accomplished was participating on sports team growing up. I was ready to make a lifestyle change but knew I needed some help to achieve my goals. My goal was to get into shape, loose weight, feel comfortable working out in a gym and eat healthier. Andre has taught me how to lift weights properly with the right technique, so I am able to accomplish a full body workout. I now enjoy running and find myself continuously pushing myself to run longer and harder with his encouraging guidance. In addition to the great work outs, he helped me with my nutrition, taught me how to meal prep and advised me on some great recipes for a low calorie diet. Working out with Andre not only boosted my confidence to where I was comfortable working out in the gym but have been able to loose 20 pounds and shrink down from a size 6 to a size 2. His passion for fitness has taught me the skills I needed to life a healthy lifestyle. Andre is very aware of injuries and will accommodate any exercise to prevent any future damage. He always available in and out of the gym to answer any questions or seek advice. I would recommend Andre to any age group or fitness level to achieve their personal goal.

I have been training with Andre for 7 months now, I've lost 30 pounds. I am so happy with my results. My goal was to lose weigh at first, now I'm obsessed with having more muscles. He is very professional and has helped me in so many ways, as well as giving me a special meal plan. He's always motivating me to do my best, and pushing myself to get healthier. Also he point out risky behaviors to avoid. Andre is kind, inspiring, caring and fun too. Through this journey I have not only gained confidence, but strength and overall happiness within myself. I look forward to keeping the training going for a while.

I have been training, exercising and working out for 10 years and It is the first time that I see results. I am very grateful to have had the chance to have Andre as a trainer. He is punctual, the workouts are never the same, they always are challenging and funny. I have found the motivation I needed to show up at 6 a.m. in the morning even when I don’t feel like it. Andre Luke-founder of Rise and Grind Fitness (my personal trainer) has been my inspiration for getting back in the gym after being "too busy" raising my toddler and working full time. I was always active, worked out, ran and on occasion, danced professionally. Andre taught me how important it is to get back to not only eating great but looking great which leads to feeling amazing. He refreshed my memory on how to use equipment correctly, he gives me exercises, some I can do at home, he gives me a nutritional plan but also checks in to make sure I stay on track. It was a challenge getting back in the gym especially after having a baby but Andre's passion and motivation to get me motivated really made moves in my life for my overall well being. He focuses on nutritional discipline and what your individual goals are. Do not say "I can't", unless you like lots of push-ups! The gym is amazing, he has everything you need to succeed. I won't go anywhere else, keep up the phenomenal work Rise n Grind Fitness!

Whether it's nutrition or fitness advice, I know I can depend on Andre for help. He's been in the business for a long time, and has remained a trusted source for me and my family. He is the only trainer I recommend. A family member was starving themselves to try and meet their fitness goals. They refused to listen to me and any tips I offered. I introduced him to Andre at my birthday party, and they set up a time to meet (without me around). A few weeks later, I saw him post about losing weight the right way and that his mile is now faster than mine!The proof is in the pudding. Andre knows what he is doing.

I haven't been going to Rise 'N' Grind for very long but I can say that in a short time, I have noticed a change in EVERYTHING; from the way I eat at home, to the way I think and move. I started taking the boxing classes and conditioning classes but felt I needed more "focused" training. I am over 40 years old and need certain areas to be worked on more than others, so Andre suggested the small group training. I LOVE it! I started getting stronger, mentally AND physically, almost right away! Andre is not only a great, well-informed trainer, but he's funny too! :) Unfortunately, I am out for 6-8 weeks due to a self-inflicted knee injury but I absolutely will be back as soon as I get a green light from my Doc. If you want to get serious about your fitness, get yourself to Rise 'N' Grind! Your body will thank you for it!

Andre is an amazing trainer! He would always create an interesting workout each time I came in so I was never bored. He can easily create a fitness plan to help you meet whatever goals you may have for yourself. He is also great at making adjustments for injuries. I miss my workouts with him now that I have moved to LA! Bummed I have to find someone new.
