Disclaimer: I had rated best fitness 5 stars but after 10 months of being away and them still charging me I've had to lower my score in disappointment. I've wasted around $2000 because they lied about cancelling my training and was simply met with nothing but "we're sorry"Here's my original review:As a very unmotivated person, this was the first time I've genuinely enjoyed going to the gym, I struggle to get through personal routines but the variety of classes helped me leave feeling accomplished. The best classes like Bfitt are only for the highest tier membership but consider it an investment in yourself, definitely try them out during the trial period.My biggest concern going in was the culture/environment as someone who's overweight and far from athletic but I received almost nothing but positive encouragement and constructive feedback from both staff and other members. Big shoutouts to Tim Jenny and Emely for leading awesome classes as well as my personal trainer Carissa for bringing positive energy and prioritizing overall wellbeing and health while pushing me towards my goals.p

I loved the facility. It was both clean and spacious. The members were respectful when asked how many sets they had left.. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable on which machines would best suit the workout I needed. Shout out to Conner. Thanks for all the help, it's much appreciated. When I'm visiting again from the city, thisbis only gym I'll I'll using 💪🏾

Unprofessional and they promote eating disorders and when my friend tried to tell them, they did nothing about their sign.I don’t want to speak to a gym who blocked my friend, posted lies in response to her review and can’t take accountability. If someone is uncomfortable with a white board you made, the simple thing to do, would be to wipe it off. It’s so easy. Don’t you want your customers to feel comfortable? You were using guilt tactics to encourage people to go to the gym. It’s not even possible to burn 1700 calories in an hour. Your sign wasn’t even accurate. The way you handled the situation was ignorant, rude and cruel.When my friend tried to reach out politely, you blocked her lol. Grow up child.

Love this gym! I love love love BFITT60 with Tim & JenThey both are so good at what they do! Im a beginner and they are so attentive and encouraging. They keep me going back! Tim & Jen you ROCK!

I had an awesome experience with a BF rep, Connor. I was home for the holiday and he was super helpful showing me around the gym and telling me about all the great add ons that BF has including the hot yoga and spin studio. Definitely will be back again during Christmas break!

Watch OUT! You can NOT CANCEL this gym membership unless you have a buyout!!! A medical condition or are relocating. These are the type of fitness centers that you don’t want to do business, they are terrible …

Moved away and cancelled membership but was notified 3 months later of 3 months of charges and late fees.Apparently Best fitness had the wrong billing information after the cancellation but continued to charge my account and now are now spam calling me. They won't even allow me to cancel the membership unless I pay the illegally charged fees.Great gym until they scam you.

I have been going here for over a year. They have great instructors and classes. The BFITT class is my favorite! Tim is an awesome instructor. He knows his stuff, always has time to answer any questions you may have. Tim takes the time to make sure everyone feels welcomed which is so important. Keep up the good work Tim!!!!

I asked the front desk people and Rachael many times about the broken Hot-air Rooms ( male & female ones). They told us in couple of weeks, waiting for the parts for over 3 months. In July Rachael (manager) told my wife, Gym will refund us after fixing the Hot-air rooms since my wife, specially she started your Gym because of that facility which Rachael is also aware of. At first, we thought you guys were telling us the truth, however, we don't think the parts delivery won't take over 3 months so that Gym can fix their facility to provide its service.We decided to stop the membership fee after getting no reply from Gym and top on that, a man walked in Women Locker room while my wife just finished dressing up. We don't feel safe nor getting the services that the Gym supposed to provide.I don't think it is right make the members pay since Gym has not provide servicesor safe environment.As you know even men cleannong crews can come in Women lockers to do their jobs any times which has been norm there. I wish these kind of info was informed from the get go.We put up with the situationTill we realize that Gym won't follow what they saidto us, which made us feel quite upset and foolish.Gym should told us the truthat least, treat the members with some respect.Best Fitness needs to refund us for June, July, August. September and $49 yearly fees charged in May 31, and cancelations of memberships for both of us since the facility were out of order since June 13 2022.Few days later,Gym ( Racheal) called and told us that the sauna room would be ready by next Jan, 2023They tried to refund us as long as I remove the review.Well, Gym needs to refund us because of their failure of the facility, and top on that, they were not updating the facts after our requestings, they were wasting my time and energy. Make us wait for nothing, and yet giving us hard time on refunding of memberships fees. Gym told us to wait,therefore we were there! We would feel much better if our requests were not ignored for over 3 months. They did not intend to fix the facility soon, yet make us wait and give us hard time on fees refunded.I do not appreciate Gym comes off they are doing generous gesture on refunding under the condition of removal of my review.

I'm a disabled veteran, 68 years old and have been a longtime member of Best Fitness. I met with Ben in September and decided to work with a trainer to help me reach my goals. I am now working with Alex. Ben has been extremely helpful with managing my health and Alex has been extremely helpful with my fitness program. Ben and Alex have gone above and beyond to help a veteran and they have improved my confidence and mental well being. I now feel better about myself and I want to thank Ben and Alex for all their support!
