Coach K has been working players from my 5/6 football team for over 6 months now. I have seen great improvements in not only their speed and agility, but a huge boost in their confidence. I highly recommend Coach K for any age level of all sports!

Kevin is one of my most favorite fitness trainers to get in peak physical condition with. It’s obvious that he knows what he’s doing and is a master at his skill. If I wanted to learn speed, agility, strength, or conditioning, then I couldn’t think of anyone better to work out and have fun with!

So far I have had two training sessions with Kevin and have really enjoyed them! It’s so exciting to finally find something I enjoy other than running. Kevin is super knowledgeable and pushes you to perform your best. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into shape and for improved strength/conditioning!

I have been training for Kevin for about 6 years now and it is one of the best workouts I do in off season to prepare for my collegiate soccer team. Kevin prepares specific workouts based on the specific player and what they need to work on. Over the years of training all summer with Kevin, I have seen significant improvement on my speed and how I plant to prevent injuries. Certain exercises and circuits Kevin puts me through from what I can see, are what sets me apart from other athletes. Now however, since I am not home for the summer, Coach Kevin is still helping me set up and get through speed workouts while also checking on me periodically to see how I am progressing. He cares deeply about each and every person that comes to his sessions. I owe a lot of thanks to him for kicking my butt back into shape every year and for shaping me into the player I am today. I would be a very different player without Coach Kev.

Kevin is a great trainer that has helped me tremendously throughout my soccer career. He is able to identify your needs and design a functional training plan for your sport.He especially helped me during a time when I was recovering from injury. I was able to get back to the soccer field and compete at a very high level without worrying about re-injuring myself again.Whatever sport you play, if you want to improve your speed, agility, and overall strength, go see Kevin.
