Awful experience. Went to cancel my membership (because it has to be done in person). I showed up at 10am, I waited 20 minutes and there was no employees to be seen anywhere. I called the corporate number and explained the situation, I waited another 20 minutes and then left. It took the person at the corporate number from 10:20am until 1:15 pm to get ahold of someone in the store and make them cancel my membership. I don't know if they were in the back room shooting up and sleeping it off or what but the customer service at the Troy, NY location is all kinds of terrible.

The gym is a casual stress free location. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. It's great to work out with regular motivated members. While there are the truly buff and athletic in the crowd, everyone has respect for one another.

The gym was clean, and there was enough exercise equipment to meet everyone's needs. I would definitely recommend.

They haven't fixed the water fountains in over 3.5 months. Men's urinal dividers are stained with urine and the floor around the toilets are filthy. Employees are often times texting at the desk while machines are dirty and trash bins filled. Disappointing, other than the low cost of membership. Should be noted, that I have tried to address this through management and received no response. That says it all!!!Asking for me to email a response is avoidance. Correct answer is that all issues have been corrected? What’s so difficult about just fixing the problem. ?

Fountains don’t work. Concerned about legionnaires in the water as it tastes rusty and nasty. Call oSHA?? My father has tried several times to get it fixed and they always give the runaround. Ask to take it off line so no one can hear about it. How hard is it to fix water fountains and clean urine off the bathroom dividers? lol. This is silly having to write about it. Let’s see if you fix it or give the auto response to send an email. misdirect and avoidance.

Check in, work out & leave!! Excellent!! No one bothers you!! Machines always work! Internet connections better as music used to cut off & now it doesn’t. Thank goodness!! Was bit exasperated at first when music would cut out while exercising but seems to be fixed. No current issues
