OTF is such a great total body workout. What I noticed at both Clifton Park and Latham is that the coaches are more concerned with your form and not how heavy a weight you are using. That is a big plus for me. Also how they modify any exercise, so if you are injured you still get a great workout. I leave OTF everyday fatigued from a great workout, not sore from using weights that are too heavy. Love OTF!

I was very impressed with my introductory class. Fast pace and diversity of exercises left no time for boredom. Feedback from monitor system motivated me to increase my intensity. Rare combination of difficult yet enjoyable!

Orange Theory is a great total body workout. The workouts are always challenging and changing . The coaches are great motivators. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

Amazing workout that becomes addictive to compete against others and against yourself trying to always reach new PRs. I love that every workout is new. The coaches are inspirational and good at correcting form. And Jackie is hysterical! :) My only wish is that they had less merch area and more locker or cubbie space.

I can't say enough good things about Orange Theory Fitness. You get such a great workout in just 60 minutes. I've come so far since joining because of the motivating coaches and the variety of the exercises. No matter what your fitness level is, this is the place for you. I made a vow to be in better shape at 50 than I was in my 40's. Orange Theory has helped me do just that. Fitness isn't something that's owned, it's leased and this is where you pay the rent.

I did not know what to expect my first time joining an interval workout class ,but it’s hands down the most positive and super encouraging environment with any workout I have ever experienced. The Coaches and staff are super friendly, and the vibe is dope.

One of the BEST workouts in the 518! A great mix of Cardio and Strength! The coaches are motivating and energetic. I started out going 2X a week, now I am addicted and going 7X a week! Watch out, you will love it!

Love this place! First gym I've been to in a long time where I felt like I belong. Trainers are friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and organized. I love working out in my own space, and not having to compete for weights, equipment, etc. Best overall workout for results!

The effectiveness, intensity, and creativity of the work-outs. No two days are the same, so there is no chance for boredom to set in. The hands-on coaching staff who encourages each member to go faster, to get farther, to be fitter. The sense that the staff and coaches are invested in us and in helping us achieve our goals. The friendly, supportive, professional environment. The awesome playlists. Yes, we work out hard, but we have a blast doing it!
