This place is a scam. I would never recommend any friends or family member to attend. I canceled my subscription back in April 2022. planet fitness ignored what I ask of them . and still proceeded to keep going into my account to try to take out money. I went into the establishment twice and made it clear that I am no longer a member and to stop going into my account.. Will this happen for six months. The regional manager stated that I requested for my account to be on a freeze I then stated show me my signature on this so called request . and there was nothing but a straight line. I then stated to him that this is not good business practice there is no signature here there's nothing but a straight line!!!!! there's no signature so how is legal for you to go into my account without my signature . I request for my account to be closed and they decided to put it on a freeze he refuses to give me back my money and I will not let this go because I did the right thing please be aware of the scams that planet fitness this is not good business practice .
