Pure Tranquility Day Spa & Massage

Upon arrival, I was greeted with “I stayed late for you!” as I was 5 minutes late and was required to wait an additional 15 minutes as she finished up with the client prior to me. I receive massages regularly and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had thus far. Needless to say, I looked up as I felt the masseuse was distracted while massaging my feet with one hand and realized she was indeed distracted on her phone🙂. I would not recommend this place for quality massages. The customer service, attentiveness, and environment was subpar!

What can I say about Kim and Pure Tranquility......This woman knows her stuff and is very professional and cares about her company and her clients. I was in desperate need of a MT a couple years ago, and found Kim. She was very accommodating, and made an appointment on a Saturday. She totally fixed my shoulder and neck. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone without hesitation. If you need a massage, this is the place to go!!!

This was my first massage ever and it couldn't have gone better. The inside is so cozy and relaxing. Kim really knows what she is doing. I thought I would be really tensed up but I just relaxed and almost fell asleep lol. She also works on kids too. I will be returning. Only thing I would tell you is to be on time and not a minute late because it puts her behind since she is by appointment only. I got the one hour massage. It was $75 and worth it.

Kimberly is very caring person, who has great communication with all of her clients. The time she takes to ensure comfort and reduction of pain and stress.She made the whole session designed for me. Kim, I definitely will be back. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

I had a bad crick in my neck for 3 days. I saw Kim and she massaged the pain away. I am so thankful she worked me into her busy schedule. Kim is amazing and I highly recommend you see her soon!

They canceled my appointment after I set the appointment online. I called and rescheduled only to have them cancel my appointment again 2hrs before
