pilates leg day is unlike any other leg day u will experience 😩😎this is the most fun full body workout i have ever done— with different moves and techniques incorporated into every class— as a pilates newbie i am truly obsessed.sergey is so fun but also very chill and so welcoming— he personalizes the routine for each person to their capability.def 10/10 recommend 💪🏼🤩

Sergey is a caring, attentive and passionate instructor. I always get great workout here. After working out here, my posture has been better, my body is stronger, and overall feels great. I also appreciate that everyone can go on their own strength and speed even during group sessions. Highly recommend!

I went to Sergey’s first open house five years ago and have been taking classes there ever since! I love the difference it’s made in my flexibility, balance and core! Sergey, Patty and Bam are awesome! Sessions are challenging but fun! Love my Pilates workout partners; everyone is very supportive and encouraging! Definitely recommend!

I have taken classes at Sergeys Pilates for 4 years now. I love the atmosphere and environment of the studio. Sergey is an instructor that will push you, but also keep class fun. He is so encouraging and his passion and determination for what he does shines through in every class. His work ethic and kindness is truly inspiring. If you want to transform your body and boost your performance in other sports, then Sergeys Pilates is the place to train. Sergey has invented revolutionary new reformer machine exercises that work every muscle in your body, even ones you didn’t know you had! He’s a very motivational instructor and his workouts leave you feeling energized and exhilarated. His Pilates has been especially beneficial in conditioning me for all the mountain climbing and hiking I do - making me stronger and improving my balance and stamina.

I have been doing Pilates w/ Sergey since January 2020. It has been a life-changing experience. For someone who exercised regularly, I was expecting this to be easy. It wasn’t — and that’s the great thing about it. The emphasis on flexibility is phenomenal and really allows you to push yourself to new limits. I’m now a Pilates student for life. And Sergey is an amazing instructor — professional, driven, focused, and very encouraging. His positive energy is amazing!!

Extremely knowledgeable of anatomy and physiology. Unlimited knowledge of Pilates and how it reforms the body. Unlimited movements to use in training. Probably the best in the Northeast.
