this gym is verrrrrrry nice. honestly it’s a bit pricey but id say it’s worth it. the hydromassage chairs are so nice after working out and the locker room is very w pretty and the lay out is nice. the staff at the front are also very nice and one of them even gave me a small tour on my first day :) the only con id say is how busy it gets, and how little machines there are for legs. but overall very nice :))) edit: forgot to say but there aren’t many stations for the wipes to wipe down the machine and the ones that are have been out the past few times

It's a good gym and the price is within my budget.

This gym is clean, the staff is friendly and available, the equipment is well maintained, all for considerably less than other local alternatives. Well done Chuze.

Chuze offers so much! I love the body pump and zumba classes. The elliptical is a fave as well as the circle of weightlifting with automatic timer. I use the water massage chairs as a reward for working out!

I like so many things about this gym but I can’t get over the filthy cloudy pool water. I’ve seen the same band-aid floating in the water for the last week. Can no one even be bothered to skim the pool occasionally? Some time ago the water was always crystal clear and the pool area well maintained. It seems maybe they got a new pool service (or is the pool maintenance being left up to poorly trained and disinterested hourly employees?). It shouldn’t have to be mentioned that Chuze is responsible for NOT GIVING ITS CLIENTS POOL-BORNE COMMUNICABLE DISEASES.Eye infections, externalotitis, giardiasis, cryptosporidiosis,dermatophytosis and opportunistic mycosis are a few of the more common diseases that happen from unsanitary pool water. I have talked to the front desk on numerous occasions about this issue, to no avail.Please Please Please maintain your pool properly!!! If not for this Chuze would be the best gym in town. I look forward to updating this review to 5 stars once this matter is addressed ❤️

The air conditioning In the cinema room is broken and it’s extremely hot while doing cardio and smells like a dirty sock do to lack of airflow. Please fix it!

Awesome, relaxed environment. Great equipment with pictures that show targeted area that you will be working out. Good size pool with clean jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room to help your new or improved muscles.

I was a member for years until now. I was going to be away for a month and a couple weeks so I wanted to cancel my membership, while planning to resubscribe when I came back. They told me I had to email a picture of my signature in order to cancel and I did just that. Weeks later I found that I was charged the monthly rate so I reached out to them and they said they never received the attached picture of my signature, when in fact I most definitely sent it. They refused to refund my money too. It's a shame because apart from those shenanigans, it's a good gym. But I won't be going back until they acknowledge they messed up and refund me for that month.

Actually appreciate how friendly the staff are, usually I hate when someone greets me first thing, but these folks are genuine and intentional about striking up a conversation. The team training is awesome and I really love this gym.

High quality equipment and facilities with friendly staff. A small percentage of the equipment is down for repairs which almost earned this a 4 star but hey, it's better than getting injured. The 5th star was added because the membership price to gym quality ratio is really good in my opinion.
