I’ve been attending 9Rounds off and on for years, and was super excited for this new location to open closer to my house. The space and equipment are obviously new and clean. Love the modernization with screens showing all exercises at each round/station, as well as the board monitoring your heart rate to ensure you’re getting the right level of challenge. Staff is always friendly and energetic! I originally thought parking would be an issue - but since the workout is only 30 min, I realized that’s only like $1 in paid parking.

I always look forward to working out here! The trainers are super kind and personable and always ensure a fun, challenging workout. It’s also very convenient for those with a busy schedule because there’s no stress about scheduling your workout or showing up on time. The workout is always planned for you and around your schedule. Love it - no set class times, just arrive and do a fun 30-minute intense workout filled with variety (changes every day). I really enjoy the punching/kicking/speed bag portions as it's something different from other fitness classes.
