It is rare to find a business in which I trust everyone who works there, but Core Wellness has not let me down. I was referred by a bootcamp friend years ago after experiencing a nerve problem and drop foot in my right foot. Elizabeth took incredible care of me at that time, and it made my recovery from a nerve release simple. That was in 2012 and due to my activity level, work demands and prior spinal fusion I have used Core Wellness to keep me "tuned up" as well as treating a shoulder issue, lower back pain/spasms and using them for dry-needling for migraines. I never hesitate to refer people to physical therapy here- it is hands-on and individualized. I particularly appreciate the integral experience and their specialties.

Core Wellness is a highly professional and friendly where staff clearly are whole-hearted about serving their clients. Responses are prompt and follow-up is reliable. Dr. Dana Guyness is excellent, kind and very effective with the McKenzie approach to back pain; and the owner, Dr. Elizabeth Stroot is a wonderful educator and physical therapist herself. An excellent place to get reliable help.

I saw Dr. Danielle Rose at Core Wellness for pelvic floor physical therapy. I highly recommend her. She was very caring and very competent. She quickly assessed the source of my pain and diagnosed other factors I was unaware of. Unfortunately Core Wellness is out of network for my insurance and I could not afford the out-of-pocket expense, which was very disappointing. I liked Dr. Rose very much and would have preferred to continue seeing her.

I love Core Wellness!! Their office feels like a spa. And Danielle Rose is a superstar PT. I suffer from severe, chronic migraines that frequently are triggered by muscular skeletal issues in neck and shoulders. Danielle is one of the few health professional that I have complete trust in to help reduce my chronic pain. She's a type A individual who's highly trained, greatly cares about her patients and will go the extra mile to make sure she can help them. I love that I can just make an appointment any time I need it at Core Wellness without going through a huge insurance hassle. They are truly set up to care for the individual, not serve the insurance companies.

It was wonderful being able to work with Danielle. She brought awareness to a lot of tension I am holding and showed me very helpful exercises for my pelvic floor. I felt very comfortable with her and she was always so in tune with my concerns and questions. She also did some craniosacral therapy on me and it was immensely relaxing. I feel so much more confident and optimistic after seeing her as I continue on my healing journey.

A few years ago, I was having terrible pain in my feet and had been to a couple of doctors who couldn't help. Finally, my family practice doc recommended Core Wellness so I had several sessions with Angie. I started feeling some relief after the first couple of appointments and soon was able to hike again pain free. Now I've had a knee injury and she is helping me heal and get my flexibility back. She is super helpful and really effective.

Core Wellness is awesome! Not only do they provide great care, but all staff are incredibly nice and fun. Over the years I've worked with a handful of the women on different issues, and I have been nothing short of impressed and satisfied. They've helped me a ton. I like that their focus isn't just on the injury/issue, but also on whole self. They provide a range of services and can tailor your treatment plan to whatever you need. HIGHLY suggest Core Wellness! They also use Dr. Doug's products, which are amazing and smell great :)

Having several problems (knee surgery, ruptured disk, DVT's and CRPS, I mentioned to my doctor that I was going to physical therapy. The doctor emphatically told me that I should NOT have physical therapy at this time as it would do more harm than good. I told my doctor that I was currently going to Core Wellness & Physical Therapy. The doctor immediately perked up and said "Core Wellness?- You can go to them!" With individual care at Core Wellness and their expertise, I am making great progress on my ruptured disk, patellar tendon reattachment rehab and even the CRPS - Complex Regional Pain Syndrome which affects one leg. I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to take their time to explain not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. Can't say enough about this facility.

Excellent attention to a lifelong problem with both knees. (4 knee surgeries.) For years, I have had difficulty bending knees to swat, getting up from sitting too long without pain and walking more than a few blocks without pain in one or both knees. I am 90% pain free now thanks to Core Wellness. It's amazing. I never thought I could feel such relief after so many years of pain. One doctor had told me I needed both knees replaced....NOT SO!
