Love that people actually clean their equipment after using here, atmosphere is always energizing here, makes you actually want to focus and grind because everyone else is so into it. Just avoid 4-6 PM because almost every machine will be occupied... Also highly recommend Asia as a trainer, she's been so flexible and encouraging, learning a lot when it comes to safety and form. Bathroom is also really clean which I appreciate

Great atmosphere! The staff were great. I really loved the gym overall. Makes a gym like Lifetime feel like Planet Fitness. The equipment variety is unparalleled, with equipment I had never seen before. Some of the equipment is worn down, or old, not in a bad way as to say it's not usable, that gives it an old school feel which is nice. Not really anything negative of much importance but it is difficult to find good safety clips and it gets really packed. Other than that, can't wait for it to arrive in Rockville, MD. Will definitely become a member. It's a must try gym.

THE BEST GYM THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! It has all the best machines and 3 different areas, they even have a barbell club and everyone is super focused and still friendly. Also, they have great personal training coaches who helped me to get where I need. Also is right behind One Way Martial Arts where I train Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai and Scramble where I take my kids while I’m working out. You guys are the best

Marking gym on maps for out of town trips. Wish y'all were around a few years earlier. I used to bounce all over the DMV area, but stuck mostly to golds. Looks like y'all got this figured out pretty good. Looking forward to checking it out in person.
