Best decision I've ever made for myself. I've never felt stronger and have met some super incredible people in the 9 months that I've been with MAD. I'm so incredibly proud of myself for my consistency, and whenever I leave town, all I can think about is getting back in for a class. The trainers are super positive, but don't hesitate to correct form, and are so helpful with modifications or movement substitutions during the times I've had small injuries. I literally cannot imagine myself anywhere else!

I can’t say enough about MAD ALX. I absolutely love the workouts and the variation. I can go heavy or lighter, faster or slower, depending on the day. And the staff is amazing. The trainers are able to provide immediate feedback given the class size limitations and the entire vibe is super friendly and welcoming. If you are on the fence just give it a try. You have nothing to lose and won’t regret it.

Love the workouts, the music, the coaches, the community…etc… after having my second child and now looking to get into better shape than I was before having kids so I can keep up with them (only ran before and had zero strength) I’m so glad I found MADabolic! I’ve been going consistently 4x a week since is started 3 months ago as they recommend and I have definitely seen results not only in my appearance but also in my strength and stamina. The coaches are fantastic always making sure we are doing the workouts right so we get the most out of them and don’t get injured. There hasn’t been a MAD workout that I haven’t felt a sense of accomplishment after and I look forward to each class. I’m looking forward to seeing how much stronger I can get in the coming months/years and how that increased strength will help me with running longer distances and keeping up with my kids. If like me you want to get stronger but never really did any strength training I highly recommend checking out MADabolic…if you have done strength training and are looking for something new that’s awesome I also recommend it!

The staff at Madabolic is fantastic! I have had a few injuries over the past few years which have made working out difficult but the staff modifies movements for me so that I can be careful but still get a great workout in! The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive to everyone during class to ensure your form is correct and the front counter staff are all super helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be encouraging all of my friends to come to classes with me, Madabolic is the best!!!

Staff/Partners/Trainers are great motivators and have found a fine balance between helping new members commit to a routine while promoting their gym. In class, instructors take the time to politely engage their new and regular patrons during sessions to improve form or reinforce those who are already doing a great job. Class size is perfect and it’s good exercise for both those who do and who are new to working out. An excellent and welcoming gym experience & environment

I joined in December and MAD has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my physical and mental health. They’re a very welcoming community filled with supportive coaches AND students. Whatever goals you’ve set for yourself MAD will help you achieve them. I’d recommend this place to everyone

I can't speak highly enough about MADabolic! I've been many gyms favorite member (read:I've paid for many gyms and didn't go) but MAD is the first one I've not only consistently gone to, but look forward to going.Not only are the workouts great, but they're efficient and structured so well. With the 3 different style classes you get a great variety of training.The coaches there are also amazing! They do a great job keeping the classes energized and fun while doing an excellent job helping you improve upon your form.Lastly, the best part about MAD is the community of amazing members there supporting one another every day!

Hands down the best gym in the DMV! I’ve been to many different studio gyms like Orange Theory, F45, etc. and I get the best workout at MADabolic. All the trainers are so helpful and knowledgeable. MADABOLIC FOREVER

I moved to DC a little over a year ago and struggled to find a gym or workout routine that I enjoyed. A friend of mine invited me to join him at MADabolic, and I fell in love! The exercises are effective and the trainers are amazing. Working out at MAD is usually the best part of my day!

I joined MAD 9 months ago, and it was the best decision I've could've made coming out of the pandemic in early 2021. After going to a "regular" gym for 5 year and not really seeing much results, I was ready to try something new. At MAD I didn't only find workouts that I love, but I found a community of people that I now call my friends. The coaches and staff are the key to this gym's success, everyone looks out for you and guides you to achieve your fitness goals. Don't be intimidated by photos or videos you see. If I can survive 9 months of doing 4-5 workouts a week, YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
