Very flexible with classes that can work with your schedule. Each coach is different so I would recommend attending to all to find your desired class style. I’m always excited to come into class as they do teach you boxing while keeping you fit!

Instructor demonstrates the exercises before hand for any beginners that may not know what to do. They walk you through the circuit before class starts. There is a good warmup and cool down which I appreciate since I'm not in my 20s anymore. The instructor will come around and fix form if needed, push everyone, and do some mitt work at random. My heart rate monitor did not work but I wear a fit bit so it wasn't a huge concern for me. Weekday classes are one full circuit and weekend classes are two full circuits.

You know “money”. Yup. It’s simple. Cold, crisp, and kept by the fist. All good? So, I ask you… Do you know the cold, crisp fist aptly named “Money”? Ha! 🧨#MayweatherDreamsMake no mistake, Yo! — This is HIS gym, peeps! — And, like, being crossed in his sights? It’s verily the refining crucible to walk into the one-presence. Yeah, listen up, you may have the cardio of a regular marathoner, sure, you’re good. However, square up solid & not drop your hands for that hot hour? Now, we’re talking the real, authentic burn! 🔥Enter here the first occasion, meet “The Angel Nadiya” — This gal-manager knows workouts, she knows boxing… she knows and shows the best about “Money”! {And if you should know a nicer, more personable gym manager anywhere else? I do suggest you keep that million-dollar gal a secret!}Sadly, I got a bit of a “graying, Irish head”, and thusly to keep an old stallion from embarrassment, I don’t do classes usually. My trainer-buddy “Lightening Rico” dropped it in a sleepy text at 6am [“Say what??? I got home from work around 1am, Jefe!”] and hadn’t a clue what to expect. Whatever was the expectations… of me… of the gym… in witness, only the survived one-hour experience can fully describe. Words??? An Epic Fail. Sweat & Drive? The Evidence & Fruit!!! 💥Looking forward to my next shot at “the title” here in Alexandria — whatever may be my personal visions at that moment. Not sure the Spirit of FM himself will be easy to assimilate in my routines, other than seeing his cool, smiling shots on the ubiquitous sharp screens. Still, for me, I can, and must indeed, go for Vision. For another to ask “Why?” matters none.Trust it here: It’s exactly the same vision and focus for… YOU! 😀And THAT alone is surely THE HOW for me and you to become OUR ONE VISION TOGETHER. 💥 🥊 🙏🙏🏽🙏🏿**easy, free parking / monthly memberships or drop-in offerings / excellently equipped, clean & tightly organized — finely appointed for all strikers, from newbie-beginners to skilled-advanced. 💛🇺🇸🏆**

The atmosphere here at this gym during classes is unmatched! I often find myself struggling to get my workouts in and whenever I workout by myself, I usually end up quitting almost half way through. However, when I’m in class at Mayweather Boxing I get filled with energy every class. I love working out alongside my fellow boxers The class length is just perfect enough to give a good balance of intensity and time, all how you push yourself.Again the atmosphere is amazing and it feels like a family every-time I work out. Everyone, from the staff, the manager, coaches, and fellow boxers all so encouraging.Coach Rico and Coach Dara are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to boxing and there’s no better coaches in the DMV. But not only that, after talking with them, I always feel better as they always just seem to know what I need to hear. The coaches are great and always encourage me to keep on fighting. The manager Nadiyah does an amazing job running the place and I love watching her and the gym grown. She has been there from start of it all and has so much passion for the place. She is always 100% open and honest about everything and if I have any questions or a misunderstanding about my membership or anything, she always helps me out and is completely transparent. She is great. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her and Mayweather Boxing. The gym is brand new and the floor, equipment and bathrooms are always kept immaculate. Make sure you come by and check it out!

The instructors are engaging. You can workout at your own pace. The facility is generally clean and well-kept. Everyone is super nice. The schedule times are convenient. I go 5-6 times a week. I highly recommend this gym.

LOVE this boxing gym - the HIIT format of the rounds means you are never bored and the time goes by so fast. The coaches are also fantastic (Justin and Lunden are my favorites so far) - but I appreciate that the caliber of the class is shaped by the brand as a whole. Recommend to anyone who loves getting sweaty and punching a heavy bag, as well as to anyone who wants a turbo boost to their health goals.

The gym environment is amazing. Coach Jones makes the experience worth it. He is firm in showing you how to correct your form, punches and stance he is also encouraging with your growth. The Beautiful ladies that work the front desk are so friendly and they work out so you get good feedback.

I have been too all different kinds of fitness gyms, but this one is the most unique one I have ever experienced. Our gyms are always clean which is amazing because of our health and I'm a germaphobe, the staff are absolutely amazing , nice and helpful with every aspect in assistance, the coaches are phenomenal in there experience of boxing and fitness pushing you to the absolutely final limits of your body and spirit, and lastly the members are incredible because the give off an energy like none I've ever seen and even if you want to stop they won't allow you to quit on yourself. I truly appreciate Floyd Mayweather Jr for not only being the greatest boxer of all time, but for creating something monumental like this boxing fitness gym. I absolutely love it with all my heart.
