Orange Theory in Old Town is a great place to get fit. I highly recommend it. Having a coach lead you through the treadmill, rower and floor work, combined with the technology, fast pace, and even the music, makes a hard workout fun.

Great, structured total-body workout with some great coaches and always friendly staff. Also, they are willing to work with clients when events occur preventing clients from attending.

Doing OTF the past 6 months has helped me regain strength and confidence. You're able to build up at your own pace in a supportive atmosphere with great instruction. The music is usually really fun and helps make the class go even faster, and the equipment/location are very well maintained.

The coaches and staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a very spacious and clean studio. Also I would have no clue what to do at a regular gym. I need the coach to correct me when I’m doing something backwards or upside down. And I need the music. Plus the way in which the heart rate monitor measures each workout is so effective.

I love that I get a complete workout every class! Coaches are energetic and helpful. Music is on point. It is a perfect hour of working out. Do yourself a favor and cancel your gym membership and hop over to OT at Bradlee Center. You'll be grateful!

Orangetheory is excellent value for price. It’s a group class setting for some fitness fun where you can get real time feedback via a heart monitor. The coaches at the old town studio are always very friendly and provide guidance whenever you need help with form or malfunctioning equipment. I would recommend Orangetheory to anyone with one close by.

Evan the studio manager is a delight and I appreciate chatting with him in the afternoons before class. Studio itself is large and well laid out. Coaches are energetic!

Enjoyed being able to participate in orange theory old town Alexandria while visiting the area! Having the updated treads is a very nice feature but more importantly Coach Evie and staff were wonderful from the moment I walked in the studio! The class even gave me a shout out Roll Tide! Thank you for being so helpful and making this southern gal feel welcomed!

Lots of fun, the coaches have a lot of energy and keep the class motivated along with flexible to your need. I had knee surgery and it was nice to go into a class and not feel like I wasn't able to do the workout.

The group experience helps to keep everyone going and timed exercises make it move quickly. The instructor is there to help if you need it but also motivates and keeps it fun. The atmosphere is lively and the music is great.
