This is my second home studio due to a move from the west to east coast. Firstly, I absolutely LOVE the front staff, especially Annetia!!! She was the first face I saw and always adds a personal touch (the front staff are ALL wonderful mind you). I've had Coach Chris, Liz, Shannon, Maddie, and Jackson. Each are amazing in their own way, all ready to motive and spot correct your form when needed. The studio is also clean. I pay for the elite as it is worth it if you plan on attending at least x3 weekly. LOVE Orangetheory, I have been a member since December 2022, I feel fit and have noticed a change in how my clothes feel. Each studio is different, but the class templates are the same, staff/Coaches always great in my limited experience. I've traveled to studios in California, Washington, and now Virginia, they are all wonderful! FYI, when the classes are full it can be a tight squeeze HOWEVER the etiquette of all the clients is be mindful, share your weights, get a good burn in an hour!!!!

I have been going to OTF at Kingstowne VA for about 7 months. During that time, Jo has been one of the coaches I have worked-out with most often. She is amazing! From her organizational skills (she regularly pre-pulls the wipes), to her cheerful demeanor (she’s always happy and energetic even at 6am), she's consistently ready to assist and encourage the group. After I explained that I had a rotator cuff injury, she regularly checked in with me at the weight station to ensure I knew alternative exercises that wouldn’t aggravate my rotator cuff. Jo’s enthusiasm and constant smile have made my workouts at OTF both physically challenging and enjoyable. Thank you Jo for all your hard work! YOU ARE AWESOME!

The Alexandria location has a very small floor space. I spent too much time trying to figure out where I could safely do my exercises. They need to reduce their class sizes. I will be looking for a different location. Otherwise delightful staff.

I signed up for a free class after not being very active for the last few years - I was initially intimidated that I wouldn't be able to keep up with the pace of the workouts but the staff and coaches here are all so encouraging and positive. Meanwhile the workouts really are challenging but doable and I can feel myself getting stronger with each one.

I just completed my first week at OTF Kingstowne and it’s been great! The workouts are quite challenging, but doable in part of being able to have options (modifications) especially for me since I’ve been out of a workout routine in a very long time and slowly regaining my strength from my past injuries. Music has been on point which is usually my drive. Aside from the effective and functional training, the coaches are pretty cool. Love taking Bryan’s classes because his energy is vibrant and infectious.

All of the instructors at this location are phenomenal. Shannon especially. The work outs are HARD but empowering, and the music/community vibe really sets OTF apart from other gyms. See y’all tomorrow!

We love OTF Kingstown! We have been members since it opened. The staff and coaches are great, even with some transition they all continue to be friendly and knowledgeable. The workout is great as well, you really get your money's worth every time. The coaches are encouraging and motivating, I really appreciate the ways that they challenge me and help me grow!

I like the variety of the workouts, the real time feedback, the science behind every class, and the anonymity -- I am a health coach and a trainer, and I like to be able to put my head down and just do the work....that I don't have to program! The workouts are challenging but not impossible, and therefore motivating. I like that all levels of clients can make the workout their own. Plus, there is such a sense of accomplishment when you're done. I actually crave my OTF class -- and I hit the 5am most mornings!

I love OTF is fast moving and it’s structured so you don’t have to think about anything. I love that I can challenge myself at my own pace and gradually work towards new goals. The coaches truly make the the experience an enjoyable and challenging one. Being new to working out, it has been extremely helpful to receive feedback on my form when lifting, rowing, and even getting little hints about posture on the treadmill. I feel way more knowledgeable and safe trying new exercises and using heavier weights because of this. I always know I can count on Kingstowne coaches to push me to do my best.

Although each class has 3 base workouts, I absolutely love the variations each day! The consistency allows for knowing what to expect to a certain extent, but the workouts change enough to work different muscles and to keep it exciting! I also love the coaches I've had. They're very inspirational, they assist with form, and push me harder to levels I didn't think I could reach. I'm constantly getting stronger, not only physically, but mentally too! In summary, I love how the workouts (and coaches) push me consistently, and it's very rewarding. I never feel burnt out, and this is a workout that fits my lifestyle and busy schedule. One more bonus is that this location has plenty of parking in the garage or outside!
