Lovely studio with lovely instructors! I decided to come here one Saturday on a whim and have been coming three times a week since. The unlimited membership pays for itself at that rate. I'll be happy to come here for as long as I continue my yoga journey in the area.

Buyer Beware!! When I first found Power Nectar, I was so excited. Warm classes, excellent teachers, reasonable hours and close to my place. I paid for the unlimited membership and used them when they went virtual during the pandemic. August 2020 was when I finally asked to put my membership on hold. As time went on, Power Nectar did open up for in-studio practice. I was not comfortable with in-studio anything so I kept my membership on hold. Fast forward to last week, Thursday actually, when Power Nectar sent a message stating they will be unfreezing memberships and increasing their membership prices and that we would be charged on Monday. I immediately called and emailed stating I would like cancel my membership since we are still in a pandemic and I will not be attending anything until I am vaccinated. Two emails, two voicemails, two social media messages went unanswered until AFTER I was charged. My loyalty was rewarded with a questionable business decision that in my opinion is on par with stealing. I was finally contacted by the studio and told that my membership has been cancelled but they will not refund me for a membership I cannot use currently. This studio asks it's members for 30-days notice when cancelling; should I have expected the same timeframe for when they would unfreeze memberships? I was given four days notice I would be charged for something I did not want - and my attempts to contact the studio when unanswered until AFTER they charged me.
