I had a 7 am classes came like 1 or 2 minutes late the instructor was walking around seeing me struggle to open the door. Be aware this is my second class, I am so disappointed on how they seen a person struggling to open the door and not helping. I am coming from Arlington which is 20 minutes away, no receiving my class and going back it’s not a good impression of a place. don’t recommend this studio.

I think Solidcore is great if you like pilates. It wasn't for me but I think the facility is nice, clean and the instructors are knowledgeable and kind. I'm giving it 1 star because of the difficulty in reaching someone without having to physically go to the studio, at which point, they still won't help you but tell you to email someone. The contact phone numbers are forwarded to the instructors phone and they decline calls and won't answer. I wanted to terminate my membership after my trial period. I emailed the person I was referred to, he told to fill out another form, which I did. No one ever responded to me and over a month later, they charged my credit card another $275. This is extremely frustrating. It seems they're focused on classes but not so much on their members. They need to do better.

Jake is an incredible instructor and this is a highly effective class to really fatigue the muscles.

solidcore is the best workout, and Jake is the best coach.

Love love love it so far! I just finished class number 3 today. It’s by far the hardest workout I’ve done in my life and drastically different from any type of working out I’ve ever done. As this class opts for slower movements vs a high number of reps. I’m looking forward to all of the classes I booked for this month. Destini, Dani, and Jake have been awesome teachers so far. The music is great and they help to really challenge you. I definitely feel stress free after the class and it gives me 50 mins to just zone out and focus on me.

Despite leaving every class feeling like I've been run over by a freight train, this place is awesome. It will push you to the edge of what you think your body can do, but every time you come back, you realize you can do a little more. Special shoutout to Claire who is a great instructor.

Love, love, love this workout! This workout is always a challenge but low impact which is awesome. This location has great options for free parking with a garage nearby.

solidcore is a very intense and also very effective workout. The coaches are great and push you (in a good way). Parking is relatively easy on the street, but if you can't find street parking there is a garage right around the corner that offers the first hour for free.

Love the workout! This is a great low-impact workout I have been sticking to for 3 years. The pricing is similar to a spin class, and the cancellation policy is similar to many workout classes in the area. Managers and coaches and usually very easy to work with. Free parking is also a bonus!

The hardest, most challenging 50 minutes of my life, exercise-wise.After finding out that this [solidcore] was finally on ClassPass, I booked my first class and I've been going back weekly. I'm not going to sugarcoat it - [solidcore] is not an easy workout. Your entire body aches, sweats, and shakes throughout and after class. But the instructors are so motivating and your mind wants to go further, so you push yourself. And even if you go to the same instructor week after week, the moves per session vary. Thus while there is routine (most moves are built upon planks, squats, or lunges), there is also tons of variation every class which is what I personally prefer. It never, ever gets boring here.I call [solidcore] pilates on steroids. You work on these megaformer machines called [sweatlana], and your movements are slow and controlled. Trying to control yourself to slow down is probably the hardest part about [solidcore], but this is the way to ensure a toned, low-impact workout. Classes are small with a maximum of 14 machines so it is akin to having a personal trainer go through a tailored sequence of moves that are most effective for you.I'm just on the beginner workouts right now, and I've taken classes with both Abby and Ivana. They are both fantastic and highly recommended. The classes are a bit pricey, but they do have a great introductory offer for new clients. Parking here is a breeze; there's both street parking and free garage parking. The facility is also fairly new.If it's good enough for Michelle Obama, it's good enough for you. Come join the [solidcore] club!
