Awesome gym with a huge variety of equipment needed for weight lifting, KB, TRX, battle rope, med ball and other interval training. Love getting to do my cardio on the rower, assault bike, skiurg, and on the traditional cardio deck. Couldn't be happier, and that's saying a lot as a 15-year fitness professional! Personal staff and friendly patrons make it even better. Highly recommend.

Probably the best gym I’ve ever belonged to ever. I was a member for about 3-years and referred many people to join this gym. The staff and comradarie among the other members was unbeatable.
