Indoor 220 track with room for nearly every other gym activity. Also, Pickleball, Basketball and Volleyball. Check online for occasional closures for various events.

Over the past year I've noticed one gentleman who works out at the center. He does his cardio and gets rather sweaty. He has a gray towel with him at all times and uses it to wipe the sweat off his face and has it around his neck when on the cardio equipment. Then he'll visit the weight room, or the other individual weight machines, after using the machines or benches in the weight room, he'll use his sweaty towel to wipe down the equipment. I would suggest to wipe down the equipment before and after use.

Great community center, lots of basketball and other court-sports, decent weight room, one of the few indoor running tracks open to the public, and there's an activity/recreation area with pool, table tennis, air hockey, and the like

I used this facility for years in the morning before I went to work. I walked around the track and sometimes used their exercise equipment. Now I am retired and was looking forward to accessing the facility and but cannot because the track is usually closed due to some activity. It is all too often off limits on the weekend due to student sports involving other schools. I understand we share the facilities with the school, but I feel we have been shut out. Don't these schools have their own gyms? Lubber Run's track is too narrow and I am concerned some older person is going to get knocked over because there are several runners together with walkers. It appears the county is asking its senior citizens to brave the elements and walk outside! If we are going to be so limited in using the facility, then we should get a refund on our membership.

Sometimes they have this stupid basketball or track activities inside this facility and they close the pickle ball courts and the work out equipment. I don't see this fair to us people that are paying a membership. THE COUNTY SHOULD MOVE THIS ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE, THIS IS RIDICULOUS PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!

Only indoor track in Northern Virginia. Super cheap for Arlington residences to join. Lone downside: gym is very crowded and basketball players at times run onto the track. This is dangerous. Management has declined to post a sign asking participants to look before entering the track.
