I find it difficult finding a CF gym that offers open gym drop-ins so I was glad when I found Trident. The coaches were friendly. The facility was spacious and had everything! Will definitely return when I fly back.

Great gym, just wish the prices weren’t so high. Monthly is $260 for unlimited classes which doesn’t include their barbell class which is an extra $40 a month. Really wish the prices weren’t so high.

I just PCS’d here after spending 10 years overseas and tried a couple other boxes in the area but Trident Athletics gave me all the community vibes, has a great layout, great equipment and amazing coaches. You won’t regret dropping in or signing up!

I've tried several CF/HIIT gyms in the NOVA area and Trident is heads and shoulders above them all. Great programming, dedicated coaching, and a staff and management team that are driven to support you in your goals truly set this place apart. The Trident community is an incredible group of diverse people with a wide range of fitness levels and the gym has the tools and training to improve even the most seasoned athlete.

Couldn’t drive down the street or park for all the construction vehicles. Wasn’t even able to go in and see the gym. Drove front and back.
