It was my first beginners class and Harry was WONDERFUL!!!! It's definitely what's been missing I plan to be a regular!!!!Tough and fun at the same time, very well worth it!!

A little better under new management, but kids say it’s hot or miss with the instructors. Wish the Sterling and MANASSAS locations had more success:(. Alexandria is far for us.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here for the aerial silks class. The instructors are amazing! She is already doing some really impressive stuff after only 4 classes. The whole facility is well run and has a good vibe about it. Highly recommend.
